Nibs was reading the Forum Boards and came across a thread titled ‘Politics for the Street — Suraban’, she opened the thread and read the first message —

After changing and walking to the canteen the group saw Richard with, a now very defiantly, Nicole and Jane sat at one of the tables. They seem to be looking at something on a tablet style computer. Jaboc was walking out of the food run with Ithian who had his arm in a cast and it also looked as if he had his left shoulder bandaged.

"My sister," she said, as if that were obvious. Then, grinning, she added, "You know, Mrs. Wix."

Moog Story

Moog walked into the bar to meet his old friend Carlos. They'd for some time now been meeting on the odd occasion to discuss things - nothing world-shaking, though they would probably admit that deep inside they both wished to leave something of note to the world. They were still young. There was time.

Mom sighed. "You have to get that operation soon," she said. "You really forget that you're not a girl, don't you?"

"Yeah," I admitted glumly.

I left at the end of visiting at eight. Stella seemed far more settled. She'd seen Dr Redhead again and his therapy was helping. She tried to explain it all to me, something about right brain, left brain and integrating it. I'll stick with real science, you know, counting beans, or in my case, dormice.

Chapter 11

It was a quarter to ten the next day as Rebecca made her way out of the Hall of Residence and headed for the main road. It felt oddly relaxing that she was here finally going to be herself.

She wondered if Sarah had been kidding about her classmates all thinking her a girl already.

"Yeah," I agreed. "Could you imagine if you died wearing some outfit that you hated? And then you were stuck in it forever?"

"You mean like a Blessed Yvette High School uniform?" The two of us laughed aloud. "Yuck!"

I have to admit, this part was fairly easy to write and it flowed quickly from the mind. But I hope you all enjoy.
