I let out a long, satisfied moan as I stretch my slender body out on the sun lounger. It’s the hottest summer I’ve ever known, but that’s not the only thing that makes it the best summer ever- there’s also the fact that I have a disposable income of my own from not one but two part-time jobs, I have a tall, sexy boyfriend who seems to fancy me more with every passing day, and the not-so-small fact that I’m currently wearing just a tiny bikini, whereas 365 days ago, I was stuck in a cramped classroom wearing a hot, stuffy school uniform.

Chapter One – Catamites and Rent Boys

The story of two young women in 1950s England and their journeys from destitution to redemption through committing themselves to a life of service to 'the Circle'. Charlotte, a young trans woman, is rescued from the streets; Mary, a young CIS woman, becomes her mentor at Chelmsford Hall where Charlotte's indoctrination begins.

Mike and I had been friends since we were toddlers. We lived next door, went to the same schools, though Mike in a year above me. We both made the basketball team in High School. Mike even became captain of the team and the school star athlete. As I said we were the best of friends. I loved Mike and Mike was in love with me. Unfortunately I wasn’t gay. He was a good sport about it but when his Prom approached he talked me into being his date.

“Good- evening,” Janet said, checking her watch as Ellie walked through the door. “Making sure it is still evening and not early tomorrow morning.”

“Hilarious,” Ellie snorted as she dropped her handbag on the coffee table and flopped down onto the sofa. “It’s only, what, 8pm?”

FYI: This is NOT a sequel to the story I posted earlier today.

In the dress shop two weeks before Prom.

Mother: It’s a lovely dress and you just look fabulous in it but it’s really expensive, James.

James: Mom! It’s not MY fault we’re here!

The first day in my new High School started off well. The buildings were new, teachers actually interesting, the school turned out to have a great football team. I just love football. Not that I’ll ever play for the school being rather a ”petite” boy but you can always watch. I never missed a game at my old High School except that one time we gymnasts had an away competition at the same time. I had spent part of the lunch break looking at the football trophies and pictures of the team.

So everything was great until I had to go to the bathroom.
