A friendly place to read, write and discuss Transgender Fiction.
Home of 3000+ chapters of Easy as Falling off a Bike by Angharad and many other stories.
I'm going to use this as a place to discuss search, how to use it and what people want to use it for.
A few things:
When you use multiple words in a search, the default is to perform an OR search. Searching for curly perm will turn up both curly and perm and will list first results that have both terms.
Searches are case insensitive. Perm, perm and PERM are all the same.
Searches are made for roots, so perm, perms, permed and perming are all the same. But permanent is a different word.
A plus symbol in front of a word in a search means that word is required so curly +perm will return only results that have some form of perm in them and will prefer ones that have curly, also. +curly +perm results must have both words though not necessarily next to each other.
A minus sign means do not include the following word in results so perm -curly would return results that matched perm but would not include ones that also had curly.
Quotes around a phrase will search for an exact match, but will still ignore case. "curly perm" will match Curly perm and lots of variations but both words in that order must be present.
Comments are regarded by search as part of the post.
The sidebars allow you to restrict searches to posts that match various criteria, like type of post, audience rating or authorship. At the top right is a sidebar that allows you to control how the search indexer orders results.
When we upgrade to Drupal 7, this will all change a bit but not drastically.
You can use this thread to ask questions and make comments about search.
In this chapter, Emily navigates the aftermath of a difficult day at school, grappling with guilt and the weight of her choices. Mrs. Blake’s firm but compassionate guidance helps Emily reflect on her actions, while the warmth and support of the Blake family remind her that she is not alone. As the evening unfolds, small gestures of kindness and a lively family game bring moments of connection and hope, offering Emily a sense of belonging and the courage to move forward.
David stared at the sneakers in the box, the deep purple color gleaming under the light. “Great,” he muttered, lifting one up for a closer look. “These will match my scales.”
“Your what?” both his mom and Kelly said in unison, their voices sharp with confusion.
David froze, his mind racing. Crap, why did I say that out loud?
“My dragon… oh, umm… these are really pretty.” He trailed off, trying to backtrack, but his mom wasn’t having it. Her expression hardened, and she crossed her arms.
The High Priest, infuriated by Akari’s growing influence and the success of her divine artifact, realized that subtlety was no longer an option. His previous attempts to undermine her had failed, and worse, they had only solidified her resolve and earned her more support from the academy. It was time to escalate his efforts and strike directly.

A half an hour, 45 minutes outside town, the hills begin to lift, and
if you know just where to look, you see the first blue line of
mountains reaching towards the sky. That's where he left the highway,
dipped and swooped through steepening hills, past trees that seemed to
grow taller, deeper green as we climbed. A gravel road following the

The sound of the hail was almost deafening as it beat down on the roof sounding like a million tap dancers tapping all at one time. ‘shuffle, ball, change. Shuffle, ball, change’ was the mantra running through Samantha’s head. The only sound louder was the thunder that continued to follow the flashes of lightning as it forked across the sky in shades of scarlet, blue and purple.
Eleven-year-old Stephanie Brooks snuck a peek at her Christmas presents and as punishment was forced to spend her vacation living and dressing as a boy. Steven’s handled things ok so far, but with only two days left the scariest part is coming up: he has a date with a girl for her New Year’s Eve party.
I watched deep blue lighten to gray, felt that extra stillness, extra
quiet of a weekend morning in a strictly-business downtown. Standing by
the hotel window, I stared down the long, straight, empty streets of
this place I didn't know, at all the hopes and happiness, despair and
desperation sheltering under the endless neat rows of roofs, beneath

Exhausted and feeling quite ill, I lay on my bed. I needed to know what had happened to the thug who had died in hospital. Had I actually taken a human life, me the brave soul who feels upset at running over beetles in the road. I was really upset with myself.
I went to talk to Tom. He was busy in his study, I knocked and entered.
Sheila shooed me off to the lounge where the other girls were watching TV. Blue Peter was on and Valerie Singleton was doing something with sticky back plastic.
Lost, and found again
His wife has died, and his grief consoled only in his dreams. It is there that the woman he loved is closer to him than could imagine.
It's not as simple as desire, not just a layer, or even two. It's art.
Perhaps it was when I lifted my foot, to untie my shoe, and pants rose
just enough to show the smallest band of smooth and newly-shaven skin,
that we decided on a painting, not a sketch. I saw my secret exposed. I
saw him look. I looked up at his face, tried a small smile.

I drove home and sure enough, there were two strange men there wearing a police badge over otherwise ordinary clothes. One was in a hoodie and jeans, the other was wearing jacket and trousers.
By late afternoon, I was feeling pretty sure I'd called it right to
come up here. I phoned the boss, reported not quite as optimistically
as I felt and told myself that I was clocking out.
The evening rush home had started, horns and rumbling of motors as
downtown spilled its people out for another night. I went the way the
red lights let me; to the corner where he'd said his store was. I
A troll without his bridge is like a potato bug without a potato. Let us explore what happens when such a separation occurs. No, not when a potato bug loses its potato. Who wants to read a TG story about a bug? Now such a tale about a troll, a tale of triumph ... that makes a lot more sense. Doesn’t it? Well ... umm ... yeah ... hey look a pterodactyl.

Dennis is a stunt man, er... boy, er... young adult. Being of slight build, although muscular, he didn’t get into sports when in middle and high school. No, he was far too deeply involved in the motion picture business by then. It all began when he was less than a year old and snowballed from there.
