This is a dream for Andy who has a secret desire to live and work as a woman, in this part surgery, which transformation him into Nichola is completed.

This is a prime example of leaving something part way through, I mixed up parts 3 and 4, so to maintain continuity I have swapped them around apologies to all - it's the blond in me coming out.

Chapter Four ~ Bearing Gifts

There appears to be a stow-away within USS Detroit’s crew. After returning Sand Dollar to 1944, Alex mysteriously collapses. Finding herself back in 1942 and in someone else’s body, can she maintain the timeline as she remembers it or will things spiral into nightmare? Can Alex find a way to save one of her beloved sisters?

Monday dawned grey and cold. I looked out of my Hotel window at the myriad of people scurrying off to work and felt more than a few pangs of regret that I wasn’t amongst them. My daydreaming was abruptly ended by my phone bleeping.

‘Get some sleep? No matter if you didn’t. Rent a car and drive west along the M4. Leave your hotel by 10am. I will be watching you. Don’t speak to anyone especially the police.’

My bed felt lumpy and hard. I made a mental note to complain about it even as my mind began to note it seemed awfully bright for early morning. My mouth felt like a cat had slept on my tongue all night and my head was pounding. I tried to remember what I drank last night but everything was coming up foggy.

“Somebody pu down the blinds. Iss too bright in here.” I complained only to hear a voice I didn’t recognize begin to speak.

“Okay, let’s vamoose. They’re all beginning to stir now.”

This is based off of a dream I needed to get onto paper. Most of this came out my hyperactive and not very restful imagination at night.

The story continues with Susanna getting more into her new life, for those of you who are concerned this may turn into an X rated story let me put your mind at rest, it will continue to be a gentle sentimental journey.
