Failure Printing

I hope this is the right forum. I'm suddenly having a printing problem. In the middle of random paragraphs there is suddenly a blank line & obviously missing content. Usually they are small enough that I can follow or reason the story line. I'm wondering if this is my problem or something has happened to the transmission. Looking for a solution. Another Brian

cooler weather cold flu prevention

I am NOT a state licensed medical doctor.
With the cold flu season coming on one should be more aware of their body health symptoms. Although one should always be aware. However it is hard to tell people to look after their health until something goes wrong. That said, there are so many simple herbs, vitamins, and treatments to keep the body on a healthy track and treat it when something isn't right.
Make sure one is taking vitamins. Our food is so highly processed there is very little left in anything we eat from the grocery store to keep our life on a healthy track.

Reminded why i hate opioid pain killers.

I will be honest i rarely dream anymore, not in years.

I went to the doctor, with a joint so inflamed yesterday, the doctor offered me a cortisone injection. and opioid pain killers while the joint healed.
I an on my second ay of taking the meds and i am sleeping a lot and these dreams i am having are so out of this world, i do not like it.

basically i almost lugged the doctor with my good hand while he was inspecting the pained joint, he ducted, but i was actually about to slam my fist into his table, then he goes please don't break my table.

assistance needed

Heya peeps

The stories that not just me but almost everyone else write and post in the 'TG' genre are something like 99.9% in English. This means that they are at best difficult and worst completely beyond the majority of the world's population to read and enjoy. It has always been my intention to make at least some of my works available in other languages, a project that was indeed started many years ago but ended when my 'team' lost interest in continuing.

Thanks for the reads!

I really do not worry or wonder much about number of reads on stories I post here and elsewhere, but if the data is easily available, like it is here, I do check it out sometimes.

Looking at the numbers once in a while here in the last year, I've noticed that my two stories' readership is (in my eyes) amazing, and the reads per day can be insane; sometimes none, regularly one or two, sometimes almost a dozen (whaaaat!?) reads in a day. Holy s*&t !!!

Need Story Help

So after putting Broken Phoenix on the back burner for a while I felt like I needed a new story to post on this site.

Well I'm going a bit out of my comfort zone with this story and this is why I need your guys help.

Just to put things into perspective I'm writing this based on another story on this site but The original character this story is based off is like 6 years older than the character in the story I plan to write.

Update and new chapter

Yup, I've managed it, another chapter of the Wunderkind story is up here.

Keeping on a Gaby theme, I've started scribbling on the series again, my editor received 4 new chapters this morning! There is a remote chance i'll have the current arc complete for Wednesday.

To my computer woes - thank you everyone who offered help and support, things are kind of sorted and i'l be taking much more precaution in future!

So ttfn, ciao and tschuss

A perfect weekend

I had a family reunion this weekend that i had intended to ignore, due to 3+ hours travel each way and while i'm 10 years post op my family has generally been very chilly towards me in the past.

I had an older cousin and then one sister put pressure on me via my wife to get me to go, and then was offered a place to sleep overnight as a lady who lives on the same property as I came with me, her mums house was less than a mile from the venue.

My friend has studied makeup and hairdressing. (woohoo personal stylist, she's an awesome friend & person)

disaster

A day of extremes here in Yorkshire.

The positive - I'd been stressing over my income to cover the next month for a few days and a visit to the bank this morning cheered me up no end. There's enough to get me through the month if i'm careful and don't go mad eating or buying stuff. Why is this month tight? Well the trip to Austria pretty much used up every penny I had then a follow up of trips to London and next week's trip to Germany have ensured things remain very tight. After next week though I get a few weeks to consolidate things so things will become easier.

Update time

For the last few weeks I've been dealing with some crazy stuff. First I got into a car crash and was in a coma for 3 days from what I've been told. I've since recovered and am at home. Secondly, for those of you wondering where the hell is Broken Phoenix, i'll get to that later in the post.

Thirdly, I lost my great Grandma the day before my car wreck and even though I'm trying to put that behind me it's hard losing someone who was so close to you for most of your life.

Fourthly, I am getting married next May!

Now for the part that really irks me.

News from Yorkshire!

Hi all

Well first I have to tell you that there won't be an update on Sunday - I'm off to the mountains of Essex for my last cycling event of the season, the L'Etape London, 180km of well I doubt it'll be to bad unless it rains! Anyhow, as a result I won't be near a proper internet connection until next Wednesday when of course there will be a new chapter posted.

I have been reading a number of stories lately where yea was used instead of yeah. yeah is a word of agreement whereas yea or yay is a word of excitement. I googled this before I wrote this blog. I hope this helps future stories.

Are there More Than Two Sexes?

This is the title of a program on The Science Channel I have been sitting here watching with great interest. The date is 09-13-2016
It is part of the Series "through The Wormhole" hosted and narrated by the great actor Morgan Freeman.
It is covering ALL aspects of Gender and Sex; and should be REQUIRED watching for all our politicians, religious leaders, and anyone else who has questions or believes TG/TS is just a fiction or figment of a persons mind.
The program has taken on theories and believe me some are truly amazing and have been found now to be FACT.

for those who might be interested

As you might recall, two weeks ago I pushed to the edge when I rode the Otztaler Radmarathon. Well today things were a little less stressed when I rode the Eddy Merckx Classic near Salzburg. (I won't bore you with the bit in between). Cycling bore that I am, I completed the 169km through the Salzkammergut in 6.5 hours almost exactly half the time I was in the saddle a fortnight ago.

Thanks to All

Thank you to all those who have read Change of Heart~Passion of the Soul. I pray you don't feel like you wasted your time. A hug and special thanks to Catherine Linda Michel (Cathy) a beautiful talented lady managed to do the impossible and assemble that story back into something readable. It was akin to taking scrambled eggs and changing it back into a chicken egg.

Of course my sincere thanks to Eric, ManicRacer, and so many others who took some of their precious time to give me advice, pointers, and ideas on correcting the misinformation in the story line.

tanya allan's amazon page

Tanya Allan's amazon page does not list her latest book "last". you can find the book on amazon by typing in her name and then type last. amazon has been slow to add new books to an authors page, but this is ridiculous. there is no telling how many sales she is not getting due to people not knowing the title of her new book. I hope this blog helps bring in some more sales for her.

Update on me

If you haven't been following my last few blog posts you won't know about my mental crisis I went through. Well I'm proud to say that I'm much happier now and I'm feeling much better now!

Also I've finally got back to writing my stories again. On a side note I'm writing a Halloween themed story for another site that I intend on posting here after the contest it is being written for concludes.

I should have another BP chapter up soon.

2016-09-03

Well I have been a little quiet lately.

Got some bad and good news.

The bad. Last June I knew I would be losing the house with all things connected to it .

The good. Well although everything happed pretty fast, I got married the 21st and 99% sure I'll end up moving to the American Midwest ( OKC ). Depends on the wife's job and whatever happens with USCIS.

Going to be a hard year getting everything straightened out and us being apart but I'm positive will make it.

Anti-Trans Interpretations of Dysphoria

As you may know, some anti-trans writers discuss their own experiences of dysphoria, and their own solutions. I've read a few from feminist writers, bloggers, etc. because some of their other perspectives can be relevant. I haven't read any by traditionalist/patriarchal writers, bloggers, etc.

Classic Gowns

IF you are a writer or a reader of stories where the heroine and hero become involved in an evening of opera, or the governor's ball. Maybe you might want to fertilize the pictures in your memory of exactly what those words "evening gown or ball gown" represents. The stories come alive when one can visualize in their own mind the events described in the book whether they are the author or the reader. Most of us have seen movies of the ladies in their beautiful gowns but most of those are of southern belles and plantations. For a modern look at elegance try this.

I'm the most selfish person here

My stories aren't for others. I write for my own pleasure. Writing what I love with characters I enjoy the company of is why I write. "Almost A Girl" caught a lot of derogatory remarks. Readers didn't like the way Buddy-Barbara was treated. They didn't like my sentence structure. They didn't like a lot of the misspelled and non definition right words. I loved their candid posts. Some a little too personal but most were aimed at the story, characters, and plot.

back to sanity

Team GB cycling - just wow!

In case you missed it - the entire track team come home with at least one gong each! That means our cycling team would place 11th in the current medal table!

We can now get back to some sort of normalcy as the rest of our team try to hang onto our second place in the medal table - yep second, not bad for a little rock on the edge of knowhere!

More Gaby later.
