As the title says happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate. I'm finding that even here a few people I know (Brits) are also enjoying the celebrations. I'm grateful for the freedom that I have living what many would call a blessed life I love my family and friends here in real life and online. As much as I love it here in the UK I have to admit being a Boston girl I miss the snow, Boston Mass is famous for snow, and for the beautiful colors of fall I see that here in the UK.

Last weekend we went to watch Karl (my beloved) play soccer for our church team. I know, I know it's a British game you guys invented and it's called football not soccer lol. Anyway, it seems that I committed a cardinal sin by talking/signing to a young lady whose boyfriend played in the opposing team. She's not deaf but does sign as one of her friends is deaf it helped me as well as I'm adapting to BSL. I saw a disruption out of the corner of my eye involving hubby it seems he injured this lady's B/F. I saw him literally flying over Karl's head as he slide tackled him I think he said.

OK I know it has taken forever but I've finally finished it. Russian Connection part 2 is finished. I hope that you will think it was worth the wait. As usual many thanks to Ibi in the time he has taken

Hi everyone the title says it all, Happy Turkey day to all who celebrate it. Living this side of the pond they don't celebrate it here. But we do as a family although I'm the lone American here. But like I tell our kids they are half American and should honor their family roots. So have a wonderful fun-filled day with your family.

I think I have only mentioned this to a couple of people at Big Closet. But I'm deaf which is a challenge I use Amerivan Sign Language (ASL).I live in a foreign Country as well. My complaint or grouse is that people do not speak to me. They talk over me to my husband it's like I don't exist to them. What makes it worse is when he does the same. Although I have to say in his defense he's trying to protect me.

I need to have my story removed from the B.B universe page. It seems the story is OK but there are a lot of grammar and punctuation errors in it. OK to be honest way too many of said errors. I now have a proofreader who has offered to help me correct the errors. Being dyslexic, I should have thought of this before. Karl, my husband, complimented me in both writing it and finding a site where I would get so much support.

Some time back I posted to say. I had bikini beach a story that I wanted to post. Since that time I've contacted ElrodW. Who has been a great help to me in developing it. After reading thrugh it and carrying out some editing. I left it a while and read thrugh and edited a little more. Finally I'm going to publish it either tomorrow or Saturday. Being dyslexic I'm sure there will be some errors. But that being said I guessnow it's stand or fall.

It seems that everywhere I turn there is drama. Pretty much all my family are Republicans. A couple are pretty much centralists. Even our so called new President is nothing but a drama queen. Thanks a lot for turning the Country I love into a joke Donny J. Let's be honest Donny J Trumphas to be the biggest drama queen of all. Then there is my eldest daughter. She's seven going on twenty seven, like most kids her age I guess. That kid is so much like me it scares the crap out of me. My Mom once said to me, you know Cheryl now I know that God is just. On asking what she meant she replied.

I hope everyone had a good Christmas. I also would like to wish you all a Happy New Year. We had a very different Christmas this year. Instead of spending it at home; we went to my in laws. I'm not complaining. I love my in laws. As much as I love my own parents. My only grumble about living in the UK is that I miss the snow. Hey I'm a Boston girl we're experts on snow lol. The kids had a great time especially as they were on the floor in sleeping bags. Well the older ones were the baby was in his mobile crib aka Moses basket.

I couldn't really see a niche for this. But I'm not sure about most people. But, I'll be pleased when this is all over. Luckily living in the UK I've not had the same problem as most of my Countrymen. My Mother-In-Law bless her, I so love that lady. Said well thankfully it doesn't really concern us meaning Brits. But like I said well as our closest ally, I don't care what anyone thinks, we are close allies. It means a great deal to the UK who wins.

We were visiting my husband's family in London. We decided to use public transport due to the fact that he hates to drive in London and I'm still not happy about driving on the wrong side of the road lol. It was while we were on the tube (subway) and Benjamin our youngest woke up. I was hoping to get to my in laws first we were about twenty minutes away. This meant that I had to discretely as possible breast feed him on the tube train. I was doing this pretty well until some guy started to object to it and he made me feel so bad and dirty about doing something natural.

I'm about three quarters of the way through a Bikini Beach story I know it's Elrods universe, his creation. But I do have a few questions which I guess is all about etiquette and protocol really.
First of all am I right in thinking that it would only be right for me to send him the story first? Although from my understanding Ellie Dauber is another I could send it too first.
Second if either of them are OK with the story how would I go about finding an editor or would they do that as well.
