The story continues immediately after we left Tom and the Headmaster last time.

Three 12-year old boys sit in the Headmaster’s office. John, Harry and Tom have come to school dressed as girls as a prank. Not surprisingly their teacher sent them to the Headmaster.

Once upon a time there was a child.

This child had a mother who had wanted a child badly and finally was able to adopt a baby after her husband died. The child loved mother. And tried to be like her. Even practicing until the child could sit with crossed legs "just like mom".

The child only had a few friends. The girl next door (until she moved away) a girl across the street, and a few boys who lived farther away.

Hey Conner, did you hear about Matt?

No, whats up?

She might be coming out of the closet.

No way. Really?

Her sister Mary said her parents found Matt's girl stash. There is gonna be a family meeting about it after church Sunday.

Geez, I hope it goes well for her.

Well, Mary thinks it will. Matt being a girl isn't a shock to her folks.

Can't see how it could be. She might as well be wearing a sign that says girl on it.

Sensei Tolman has me working with a staff. She figures the skills I showed with the field hockey stick will transfer more easily.

After watching someone else plant the end of their staff and use it as a pivot point I got an idea.

Which is why I'm out here on my roller blades with my helmet, elbow and knee pads and the rest.

Yep.I can use the staff to do different maneuvers. A bit painful learning what I can't do with it while on skates. At least nobody was around to see me mess up.

Well, I've got a costume now.

Costuming class was a bit odd at first, but what the heck. It wasn't that hard. And I could use an "easy" class or two.

I went with the skintight bodysuit as a base. With strategic reinforcing. After one of the other kids let slip something about the combat finals, I got serious about reinforcing things and making sure I could still move well while getting some protection.

Plus, it'll be easy to hide under a lot of my clothes.

I know this is a day late, but consider this my Father's day present to all of you

Being a father is an incredible thing. You fall in love with this red-faced squalling baby, and as they get older, you only love them more, even when they surprise you.

And boy, did I ever get a surprise from my child, born Emily.

The signs were there young, if I had only been able to see it. She always was a rough-and-tumble tomboy, always trying to “be like daddy” every chance she could.

I wrote this back in March of 2008.

Heartache come at a time when we don't except it.
But we must move on because it's what our loved one want us to do.
I didn't want a big fuss one my birthday, but my mom wanted me to be happy.
Seventeen years ago on 7/14/1997 I lost my sister witch was my best friend.
Then a mouth ago I lost my aunt. The date was 5/10/2015.
Then this past Tuesday at 2:41am I lost my mom.

Three of the most import women in my life are with Jesus.
I will miss them all.

The President of the United States of America stands looking out through a window in the Oval Office. She’s thinking about the events since her announcement the day after the election in November. She is still amazed and appalled how fast things moved since then. The pace has been unprecedented. How could so many so-called friends and allies, many of them in congress only through her support, turn against her like that? She had been a very successful president for 8 years and now this!

The Morrison Bridge, all of it, is now 25 MPH!

While crossing the Morrison Bridge, I got pulled over by a totally HOT male cop driving an ATV with all the lights and sirens, who I thought said "I'm going to write you a ticket". I asked him if he expected me to believe that ATV he was driving was a police car?", and not in a respectful manner.

Author's note: This one has a bit of a history. I was complaining about not having a story for a mix tape, and so Hutcho pitched me this idea. Sadly, I couldn't get it to work properly for the mix tape, so I'm setting it free ...

Hey, Mom and Dad, its Matt. I know its been awhile, but some stuff has been happening here that you will not believe, except I swear its true.

I’m sitting at our usual table at lunch. We boys are tired. Coach really put us through the wringer today. The girls had it easy today. I really like our group. We have kept together since middle school even though we have developed quite differently. Now we have almost become a high school parody; Peter the Jock, Annie the Cheerleader, Bill the Drug User, Doris the Geekette, Sammy the Nerd (me) and so on.

Coming towards us is Mr Popular, our sole newcomer. Mark transferred to our high school a month ago. Smart, rich, good-looking (cute according to the girls) this Senior prefers to join us lowly Juniors because, as he puts it with his broad smile, we are just that little bit less narrow-minded than the rest.

It all started so reasonably. Jenny and her friends were waiting in line for empty restroom cubicles during the theatre intermission when Susan in frustration cried out "I wish I had my 'Shewee'!"
