Sataria’s Encampment, South Pacific Island:
Three shadowy figures use the night to their advantage as they move throughout the night quietly killing people. The people they killed didn’t stand a chance against them. Any magical wards that might have alerted the guards to their presence were deactivated with just a thought.
I got back to my room feeling very excited. OMG, OMG, OMG! Tim asked me out, I told him I was born male and he was still game for a date! Was it a date though? Or maybe it was just two friends, hanging out? He was, after all, the new boy and he needed to make friends.
I really liked him though, really wanted. Really wanted him to like me.
Jack not only saw to it Jenny and I had time alone that night, he saw to it we had time the next day before the bridal shower and that night after it! I think Jack was a little in love with the idea of Jenny and I being in love! More than anything though, I think Jack wanted to make sure someone would be there to take care of me, because he knew that very soon, he wouldn't be.
The day of the wedding came and everyone was frantic... except Heather. I worked overtime doing everyone's hair, then getting myself put together, but Heather never faltered or got nervous. That woman's a rock! Unshakable! We girls piled in Heather's limo afterwards, and Gregory drove us to the church in good time.
Later, Jack told me that Rich begged off his own Bachelor Party. Jack still threw it, but Rich didn't go, so neither did Jack! It ended up they spent the evening at a bar around the corner, nursing at beers and reminiscing, while Rich's guests partied hard a block away. It must have been a beauty of a party though, because Jack wouldn't say a word to me about what happened!
So November thirtieth nineteen ninety-six, Rich finally got Heather to say 'I Do'. The wedding was nice. The reception was... well... memorable!

Be Careful What You Wish For...
It's one of the oldest lessons a witch or wizard can learn when it came to their wondrous magickal world. Few ever put much thought of, least of actually think it meant something. Bellatrix Black was raised by an abusive father and a mother who saw her only as a legacy. In a House long having lost its soul it was the young Heir's job to protect her sisters and do whatever she was told.
That all ended when she found the Dark Lord and became his right hand. For once she had power and everything she ever wanted. Fourteen years in Azkaban was the least of her worries when her Lord promised the world to her. That like every wish she had turned to ash when the Dark Lord was killed at the Battle Hogwarts.
What if Bella survived the Battle and with her young daughter in tow made one last wish? A wish to save her life, and her daughters most of all. But also a wish to finally have a life where she was truly happy.
I had always wanted to be an artist. I guess I felt that I was creative, but what I really liked was the idea of flicking a little paint onto canvas and selling it for $10,000. It struck me that it could be so easy if I had talent.
While Jack and them were greeting Rich's parents, I was inside with a bunch of strangers, the only person in uniform, in a place where I didn't even know people's opinions regarding the military. To say I was a bit jumpy is to put it lightly! Even when someone did talk to me, I always felt like a curiosity more than a Marine, or even the supposed Maid of Honor.
Later on, when Jack and I were talking, everyone else being busy, he told me about Judith and what all happened between them that day. I wanted Jack to know that no matter what, I would be there for him and Erica both. There's not a lot of things you can count on in this world, but I think my friendship with Jack and Rich could be counted as one of them.
Most of the time, you think you know what's going to happen in life. Things like Thanksgiving come around and you... you expect certain things. Turkey, stuffing, football, napping on the couch, talking and laughing with family and friends... You know, the predictable things that are why we have things like Thanksgiving in the first place. To take time together with the people we love and make a memory.
Sometimes things happen that you don't expect though, and would and could, never see coming.
Things are dire for Lillyn.
But even death is just an inconvenience.
At least if you are a void-trader of Lillyn's caliber.
There are still some tricks up her sleeve.
Down through history there has been many stories of heroes and the weapons of power. Thor with his Warhammer Mjölnir, the sword of Aries and Mars, Attila the Hun’s sword, and King Author’s Excalibur. These are but a few legends. Yet for every one of these legends there are two legendary weapons lost to time. Among those lost weapons are the few whose power comes with a cost. They are the cursed weapons of power. Each curse is unique to the weapon. The Black sword is but one such weapon of great power. This is the story of the weapon and its newest welder.

Part One - A Disappearance
Author's note: Dear Reader, The following story was first posted here in eight chapters between December 2012 and January 2013. In the concluding chapter, I promised a sequel to be called 'Leonora's Journal', the diary of a Regency lady; a contemporary of Jane Austen, the Brontës and Wordworths. For some forgotten reason, the story was never written, but I have finally addressed that deficiency. Erin has kindly agreed to the original story reappearing on the front page of stories so that those who have never read it, or read it and have forgotten the story line can understand the background of Leonora, which as would be expected on this site, has a twist in the tale. I hope you enjoy both stories and look forward to your comments. Bronwen Welsh

When I persuaded Leonard Bolton, my friend and an expert in Middle-Eastern antiquities that he might spend some time investigating British prehistoric monuments, what followed was to change both our lives in ways we could never have anticipated.
Despite growing up knowing about the Paranormal and seeing a world that normal people would never see, Seth was as close to a normal human as you could get. Everything would change on the day his father died and his life would never be the same again.
“I’m not going to abandon her,” I told Jimmy seriously. I’ve got over eighty thousand in the bank and I’ll have a job after my birthday, I hope.”
I sit and stare at the machine, the Need beginning to overwhelm me. If I don’t get what I Need, I will go feral.
I feel thought edging away from me, it is becoming harder and harder to keep my composure, to keep seated, to keep sane. My claws begin to grow, my death grip on the edge of the table scoring the shiny table top, as I fight the need to tear away from the table and go out to kill.
During the summer of 2013, before the twins' second year of secondary school, their parents had bought them each a new school uniform- and as before, Paul had bought Luke's uniform online, while Lucy had to endure a shopping trip with her mother and grandmother.
Ursula

Ursula had overheard?
Reluctant Diva 24 Inspired by Lipstick Discipline Chapter 24 – In the mood
It took some days to become acclimatised to my new sleeping arrangements. More than once I found myself running up to my old room by mistake. It seemed there were some other changes which were harder to get used to if, in my mother’s eyes, I were to lead the life of a young woman as fully as possible. One which was less welcome was that my constricting corset should be a permanent feature of my night attire.
The movie was amazing, the animation amazing, the story touching. In short 'From Up on Poppy Hill' made me nostalgic for a time I've never experienced. It was tinged with sadness, heartache, and the pains of growing up. A window into a world in transition. And like Mr. Hayao Miyazaki's movies it was sure to become a classic as the years rolled on by. Lily even found herself getting swept up in the story line, and that's pretty amazing since she has never been the biggest anime fan.
Authors note:
This is not a TG story even though there is a scene where it is suggested that the main character does pose as a woman. I wrote it as a backstory to the Vivienne/Delphine character in ‘Sixty is not that old’ story. Vivienne changes her name to Delphine. This is the story of how Vivienne’s grandmother met her future husband.

Part 4 Playing a New Part
I knew I was in trouble when he didn’t put his arms around me. When I had kissed him I brought my own arms down and stepped back. I said “I’m so sorry Tristan, I am so new at this girl thing I assumed you liked me.” He looked sad and then said the fateful words.
Synopsis: I'm a widowed senior cross-dresser in search of my first homosexual experience in over fifty years. I needed a love guide and Donna would be that guide. “If you want to be a queen then you need to act and dress like a queen; you need practice my little Sissy.” A few inches later I was no longer a virgin. Donna decided a weekend long “gay educational tour” is what I needed; she knew the people and places I needed to visit and meet.
Angelique is back. Along with assorted ancient gods and goddesses, a plot to unseat Lucifer from the throne of Hell, and a lot of other fascinating things. She always seems to get the 'interesting' jobs.
