I woke on the beach, it was made of buttons, the silk sea tickling my toe nails. I looked around and saw two figures further up the beach so I walked over. I could hear some really weird music being played from a pipe.

"Hello" I said to one of them and as he turned around I was greeted with what could only be described as a knock off rasta mouse sitting on a tree stump next to a sleeping stuffed fox that looked like a rasta version of Basil Brush . The mouse then spoke to me in a very heavy jamaican accent.

We were walking back to my place and when we reached the park I stopped and asked angela why people were staring at me, she turned and looked at me smiling
"probably the woman are looking at you thinking you are a slag and all the guys are probably thinking nice tits" she then points to my braless chest and my nipples stretching out the front of my shirt
"oh shit why didn't you tell me!" I said angrily

As she had vowed, Princess Eriana returns to Palarand to be at Garia's wedding. With her are most of the survivors from her expedition, all anxious to join in the forthcoming festivities. Also traveling with Eriana are some august personalities, taking advantage of her journey to meet with Robanar, but Palarand's King has been deliberating the future and come to some interesting conclusions.

“Good after ladies, gentlemen, and others. I am here to present the newly proposed Lincoln Convention Center, as designed by the Smith and Jones Architectural Firm of Chicago, Illinois. The design is for a building of no more than one million square feet, with maximal usable exposition space. I believe that you will find that we have done just that.”

I was sitting at Katherine's breakfast station, savoring a steaming half-caf macchiato and watching Marta the housekeeper out of the corner of my eye. She was staring at me when she thought I wasn't looking. I considered having fun with this game of peekaboo, but I figured I'd already toyed with peoples perceptions of Katherine enough, and I definitely should not start messing with the house staff.

Still, something had to give. So I finally caught Marta in one of her stares and, by my stern look, dared her to look away.

In the not too distant future, evolution has taken humanity down a different path. In a society where gender is controlled with numbers, one young man finds that being evolved might not be such a good thing.

With a clash of stamping boots Bob was marched in, halted and then sat with his advocate, our little accountant Captain Flanagan. He in turn gave Bob a nod, as my own little crew sat awaiting our turn.

CHAPTER 42
Now, that was a wedding. The only tradition not observed seemed to be that of a fight among the guests, but I could most definitely live without that. My Uncle Arwel and his Boy had even had their hair cut! The girls looked gorgeous, and so did my wife, Steve was both touching and funny in his best man’s speech, and whoever came up with the idea of putting him in a kilt was inspired. The vicar, oddly, in an Anglican church, was a Roman Catholic, but he was sharp, and funny, and his own humour meshed well with that of Steve.
