Chapter 13 - Acquiring a Wardrobe

Fashion accessories may be one of the hardest subjects for a novice crossdresser to grasp. After all, most males have little choice in such matters, Even those of a more unrestricted outlook on life basically have three choices: ties, rings and, if so inclined, earrings. As a student, Pete only wore a tie under protest on Sunday mornings when his Grandmother was going to be present at church. His class ring was the only adornment on his fingers, and it was big and clunky as such things are wont to be. Earrings were still out of the picture, although he was pretty sure that one of the first things Polly would do on the way to her new job was to have her ears pierced, and the heck with what happens in the fall when Polly had to go into storage.

Erica continues to recover while Olivia and Angela settle down to a hopefully safe life at the canal cottage.

First I should mention a caveat as far as Halloween goes. It used to fall on October 31 in ancient times but since the new world took hold a few hundred years ago, the calendar has been changed to a strict 364 day schedule so everything always falls on the same day of the week, thus now Halloween takes place on October 28 which is always a Saturday to allow the kids to go trick or treating basically.

They featured on the front page, as well as in what seemed like half the rest of the paper. It was a style of reporting I had already come to recognise and despise: a story too shocking for their readers, see pages 2-26 plus special colour supplement.

It wasn’t quite as bad as that, but there was a lot to read. Mam set out a couple of camping chairs, Rosie sitting beside me as I read. Dear god, and I had thought my time with the bastards had been a taste of hell. It seemed I had been given an easy time, compared with what I read.

Chapter One – Shotgun!

Adele's and Celia are back, this time with their own law firm, taking a case in Kentucky where it is alleged that mountain top removal mining is responsible for a man's death. But they are a small firm with powerful enemies against them.

Temple of the Divine, Greenville, New Jersey:
Hatter ducks as one of the Hunter’s she was fighting, and Shade were fighting tries to hit her with his bo-staff. She punches the guy in the chest area and knock the wind out of him.

“Heads up Hatter.” Shade tosses the Hunter agent he was fighting into the one attacking Hatter.

Initially my own clothes fitted, but that didn’t last as I lost height, narrowed at the waist and acquired enlarged hips and a bosom. Shoes were a problem as my feet seemed to have dropped from a men’s size eight to a ladies’ size four overnight.
