Hi, I'm hoping you can help. I remember reading a few stories years ago in which something happened to cause an imbalance between men and women. Some where only boys are born due to choice or some other reason while others had girls being killed off due to a virus or something.

To keep the population going , a company or the government create a way to turn males into females and try to get volunteers. Some stories have a forced conscription to the feminising program, a lottery or some other selection process. The stories followed the male as he is selected or chooses to become a female and shows how they adapt to their new sex, often in a world where females are now a minority and are a lot more limited in what they can do.

One set of stories that come to mind are the Care Givers stories. I'm looking for any others that you can think of.
