I would like to extend my greatest thanks to Zip for putting up with me and how fast I hammered out these stories. :) This was partially written already as I meant it to be chapter 7 but end up finishing the next Rachael story because I wanted to do that. So it sat on my computer and because of that I ended up finishing it.

Chapter 27 Dinner discussions
I was taken aback for a few moments and I looked across at Julie who was sitting next to Gary. Her eyes fixed with mine and I could sense her saying ‘be careful’.
I said ‘Of course but as long as it’s not too personal at the dinner table.’
He looked at Julie then turned to me and said in a quiet voice ‘Chrissy I hope that you don’t mind me asking but did you deliberately adopt the style and look of your Aunt Judith to try to please your Gran or is it just a co-incidence?

Eddie Bloomberg is trying to deal with life after his change, wondering if he made a mistake when he decided to help Cassie and trying to deal with the ramifications of that decision.
This was written at three in the morning in about twenty minutes. I hadn't thought about posting this as it is not really about anything specifically TG. Still with all of the discussions about depression and feelings of helplessness, I thought it would be a good idea to post.
Please read this in the light of finding your own higher power and not as a plug for any given religion. This is not about my wanting to foist something upon you, but invite you to find your own way to faith.
She escorted them to the front of the hall and went to one knee in front of the dais while bowing her head, "These are the ones you commanded me to watch for Lady."
CHAPTER 49

CHAPTER 48
The SS were as good as their word, and half an hour after I had rung a young woman was being escorted into my sanctum. Khan was already there, Darren in his cell devouring the two mars bars I had bought for him. The social worker, Miss Armitage (‘call me Polly’) was straight to the point.
“Sergeant, what exactly brings you to believe that Darren is at risk?”

Chapter 25 Special Short Chapter
Mum left the door ajar and I could see them through the crack. I stood still and looked in the hall mirror. I looked OK but not perfect. We should have come on a better day when the weather was warmer. My legs were cold and my tights felt damp. My nose was red with the cold wind outside. No wonder girls are always turning up the heating in the office and wearing cardigans.
These are the diary notes of a young man whom after taking a summer job experiences changes beyond anyone’s wildest imagination. It also suggests that there may be magic out there, not in the form of dramatic hocus-pocus but a more subtle one.
And sometimes that magic can come from something as inconspicuous as a pair of — Red Shoes.
CHAPTER 47
I showered early the net morning, as I heard the strangulated sounds of a sleeping Ginny in the other room. I never saw any sign of ear plugs near Kate, and I could never understand how she was able to sleep so soundly as the world’s population of marine mammals surfaced around her.
