TIRED
I go to bed exhausted
But all I do is toss and turn
My stomach is tied in knots
And the thought of food makes me ill
Even on a sunny day I see nothing but grey
I count the hours till I can hide in my bed
Ask me what's wrong, and all I'll say is
I'm
just
so
tired.

I'm so tired, my mind is on the blink
I wonder should I get up and fix myself a drink"

When depression grabs you, it is impossible to see the world objectively. You lose all perspective and filter everything through the grey dullness of your pain.
Whether it helps, just know that you are not alone and that you are loved.

Be kind to those who are unkind, tolerant toward those who treat you with intolerance, loving to those who withhold their love, and always smile through the pains of life.

I don't get it quite that bad, but there times when it really hits me.

Tea time.
I wish somebody nice bring you somewhere for some tea-time. Just sit and enjoy few cups of soothing tea while watching nature do their things slowly. Hmm... thinking of it makes me want to have one myself :)
