Seventeen-year-old Stephen William Webster and his nanny, Better Wilcox, finally blow the whistle after the murder of thirteen-year-old Rachael Dorman because she refused to be forced into a loveless marriage. Stephen and Betty must be hidden because people from the Webster and Dorman families are hunting him, thinking he is running away from a forced marriage. Betty makes contact with three of her former University sorority sisters, and together they formulate plans to hide Stephen at the one place unknown to either the Webster or Dorman families, the Winsome Girls’ School for Wayward Boys. After dinner and a dessert of cherry pie with ice cream, the kids decided they wanted to play a bit, and Elizabeth took Wendy and watched over them.

“George is now identifying as a girl,” I said to Mary. “Any legal opinion on this?”

“I’ve dealt with it a couple times, but never in someone so young. I did have a client who was 17 and being beaten regularly by her father for being trans. I helped her earn emancipation and get into college on a scholarship. She’s now a sophomore at MassArt, studying photography.”

“I can assure you that I will never harm George.”

The WAR... yeah, that's what we called it.

It had been going on longer than anyone could remember, heck, we didn't even remember WHY we were fighting. What made 'THEM' different than 'US'??? I mean , no; not the little things like what was His name, or how 'Their' rules to behave were different than ours. Was there more than one of Him? It had to be something much older... much deeper than those silly differences. Were there actually more than one of Him? And where was He now? Or 'They', as the case may be.

There are days when you want to leap out of bed in the morning and attack the day with all the vigour you have. I don’t get many of these days lately. There are other days where you really should have stayed in bed and I had just had a week’s worth of those.

The child nodded and removed the shift to stand naked other than the sandals in front of the women. There it was, the immature prod and sack of masculinity possibly giving the statement the lie.

The child completely unbothered by what the women could see but seemingly worried by her previous statement being possibly refuted reiterated. “I am a girl and I seek admission to this House. My name is Rebecca and I have said the required words. You can not turn me away without breaking the oath of this House to accept all girls.”

“Cut! Kelly, put more expression into your character. Remember, you’re just learning that you are a mutant.”

“Yes sir.”

“Alright, ACTION!” Director Edges watches as Kelly plays her part.

Kelly plays her part and interacts with the actors in the scene without any problems. She keeps her mind on her acting, instead of the information she was given about the doctor that gave her the big breasts. She manages to get through the current scene and move on to the next four scenes.

I developed a much closer bond with my Mom after our special “mother-daughter” time together.

On the following Sunday morning, I came downstairs early, knowing that she would be preparing a big breakfast while my father and younger brothers slept.

She was lost in thought and clearly surprised to see me so early, and I startled her a bit.

“Goodness!” She exclaimed. “Oh, Good morning, Honey Bunny!”

“Morning Mom…I was wondering if I could help you get everything ready for our breakfast this morning?”

When Alex was 12 years old his mother passed away. His father quickly married another woman. Stella, who was always referred to as Madame, was his new stepmother. She had two children from a previous marriage, Margaret and Stacy. Only a year after his father got remarried, he too passed away in a tragic accident leaving Alex behind with his stepmother.
