Sparrow looks at all the sympathy cards she received because of the passing of her mother. She looks at the picture of her mother on her desk. The desk was the same one her mother used when she was alive.

She couldn’t believe how many people had shown up for her mother’s funeral or how many of them used to work with her mother. There were several at the funeral that scared the daylights out of her. There were a few that didn’t have to say anything, but just look at you.

The day my life utterly and completely changed started off perfectly normally.

Necromantra (Malibu Comics) has agreed to become the pawn of an evil non-human king in order to save the life of her stepdaughter. But there is intrigue afoot, and events are drawing Necromantra into it. In fact, she wants to get involved, as long as it allows her to protect Arielle from the new dangers that are arising.

I was still confused but I decided to trust her. When she measured me, she was really close by. I could smell her deodorant which smelled like a waterfall warmed by the spring sun. I also noticed that my hands were a bit shaky. Feeling the warmth coming from her body felt wonderful.

The twelfth chapter of “For a Girl” started off with a bang. Really. O2bxx wasn’t fucking around here.

Immediately in the first paragraph, Stephanie gets grabbed, punched, and then forced into a room where her hands get tied to a pipe. It all happens just as quickly for Stephanie in universe as it does for the reader out of universe.

And then, of course, in the midst of her torment, Stephanie raises her head to see her captor, Andy Marks.

Brandon Grey watched as the most beautiful woman in the world walked up the aisle toward him. His heart threatened to skip a beat one moment, then throw in an extra, the next.

For her part, Cammille Smith was radiant. This day was one she had been looking forward to for years. She was twenty-five years old, and she had wondered how this day would be since she started noticing boys.

As the couple said their vows, they both felt like they were dancing on air, and in fact, they appeared to be during the reception. Their first dance, while perhaps not the most skilfully executed, was beautiful due to the expression of love radiating from one to the other.
