This is a work of fiction that deals with a simple future. In it, most people, if they were numbers, were now simple people with simple ideas and very simple needs. Harsh language is used and this story includes descriptions of sexual behaviour that may be considered disturbing to some.

It was now 10 am and the Sarah and her group were in the woods, not far from the road when they suddenly heard dogs. They started running away but the dogs ran faster and quickly caught up with them.

Synopsis:   Over the last three months life hasn’t been very easy for Jessica. First was the suicide attempt, then she finally accepted that she could no longer live a lie as Andrew, and she truly became Jessica for good. The transition was a tough one, with many trials and tribulations, like meeting her mother as a girl for the first time and eventually getting (and giving) forgiveness.

The worst was the kidnapping and facing her father for the first time as a girl, only to have him die in her arms. Dealing with the aftermath of his death has been difficult, but Jessica has something that Andrew never did. She has the love and support of her adopted family and her friends, and for the first time in her life, she didn’t have to handle everything by herself.

This is a true Halloween story about eighteen year old twins a boy and girl Nikki and Ann, and their quest to win a costume contest that turns into an adventure that changes their lives forever. The story does contain a couple of hints at sexual feelings but no real sex, just the desires that normal eighteen year olds get at that age when bodies are close and lips are met. That had been a hard one. Alec was clearly switched on, which I had expected, but it had come almost as a shock to realise how much he actually cared. I’m still holding Cass there in the dining room. My arms around her and my hands still on her belly and her hands over mine. I know that I froze for a minute but things kind of start back up as my mind started to process everything.

“Sam…”

She sounds scared. “Yeah.”

“Say something.”

It’s not even something I had to think about. I tighten my grip around her until I’m hugging her tightly and pressed into her back. I move my hands over her belly rubbing where our baby is growing. Cass shivers a bit in my grip and there’s a sniffle coming out of her and I bury my face into her neck and her hair and nuzzle her ear.

“I Love You.”
