Mrs. Llewellyn put her hand over her mouth and her eyes looked pained.

Not this again, I thought with a growing dread.

She removed her hand and started laughing so hard that I was frightened enough to jump out of my seat and start towards the door.

“Where are you going, honey? You can't leave this family that easily,” she loudly announced while still shaking with mirth.

Grace picks up where Siobhan left off, recalling events around Cretein, then her and Siobhan's family that turned her world inside out.

Grace had not been listening without reaction. In fact, I think my right thigh will have a star of finely manicured nail welts as a testament to Grace's verbal restraint.

This installment of String of Pearls marks a breaking point in Siobhan's reminiscences. Grace will recall events that led to Chris and Justine's unusual relationship and the impact it had on her own relationship with Shiv in String of Pearls' next installment.

Do you know how hard it is to write a story that is tied to, and mirrors at the time, your emotional state, only to have your own life quickly and unbelievably changed around?

I literally don't have the same feelings now, that I did when I started Accidental Magic. Trying to maintain my existence in the real world has done a number on my creative juices and sent them in off in other directions. I spend a great deal of my time just re-reading my own story to remember why my characters were feeling the way they did.

Siobhan gathers her friends up for a chat session at their favorite all-night diner/coffee house. Among friends who pledged to hold no secrets from each other, the amount of unknown elements revealed is shocking. Grace lays out a plan that would put distance, literally and on principle, between the four.

At times, this story is not safe for work and truly not acceptable reading for those under 18.

I have worked on this poetry for years. Kelly Blake's new entry inspired me to share it. I am sure that any Transgendered person will understand it. There are a variety of themes contained within it. I think I was reading the work of the likes of Frost, and his contemporaries at the time. I started it in the Late 80's after I finally figured out that I was Transgendered and there was no cure.

It started out centered on the page with a yellow background. Anyone who would care to correct that, you are welcome, but I do not wish anyone to tamper with the text at all.

The first night in the mountains I realized that we had not planned very well. We had covered about 25 Km and work up a sweat doing it. That night the temperature dropped below water’s freezing point and we ended up in joined sleeping bags bodies pressed together to conserve heat.
