Sandy Andros, of the Aero Airplane Company, has been working at Aero for about 5 years. Being 25, and not having lots of attributes of Maleness, like a big, muscled, hairy body, or having a beard to speak of, only being 5’6” tall, and a whopping 120 lbs, looks like, and is, a Geek. In fact, he looks a lot like Gillian Anderson, Agent Dana Scully of the FBI, despite being Male!
He is asked by several of the Women of his area to go to the Firms Halloween Party as Agent Dana Scully with someone else as Agent Fox Mulder, because there is a Costume Contest, and the girls think Sandy, and a handsome Fox duplicate will win!
Sandy finds out something new from this escapade! Can you guess what?

Tragedy lives with us all. As a child one rails gainst fate, but none can truly be considered adult till they have swallowed that bitterest of pills and learnt that one can not rewrite history. All one can do is learn to live with it. But none ever wholly does and therein lies the child in us all.

Every now and again memories from the distant past intrude on the present, especially those with no closure.
It happens to us all and leaves an incomplete hollow feeling of helplessness and inadequacy.

Summer With Em Chapter 27

I, by chance, had met the bully from my former high school two-hundred miles away. Talk about coincidences! Even more incredible, he recognized me … kind of.

“Haven’t we met before?” he inquired.

“Wow, that’s an old line!” (OMG. When I was a boy, you wanted to kick my ass, now you’re gonna hit on me?)

“No! It’s not a line! I think I’ve seen your face before! Have you ever been to San Antonio?”

“Yeah, I had a couple of cousins who lived there.”

Sabrina looks towards the lake from the swing she was sitting in. The cool night breeze causes some loose strands of her golden bronze color hair to flutter. Tears stream down from her eyes as she wonders what she is going to do. She had 30 days to leave the apartment she had because she couldn’t afford to pay the rent.

The place marked ‘Windmill field’ on the deeds to my holding is a special place to me. Being there conjures visions of what the area was like before Henry VIII’s dissolution of the nearby Abbeytown abbey going on for four hundred years ago. My property was the abbey’s mill.

Not all seduction is in your face if you’ll pardon the expression, but this is a tale of a gentle seduction that was and still is literally in his face.
Now stop it and keep it clean girls because I know you know what I mean and will understand where I’m coming from, again if you’ll pardon the expression.

Any early attempt at first person writing concerning an old man’s reflections on recent life with a group of his friends and some fascinated tourists all drinking in an old fashioned village pub one summer afternoon. I suspect this particular obviously experienced raconteur hadn’t had to pay for a drink in years.
