Marcy was counting the stock with Stephanie, a most humiliating tasks as she saw the full extend of what the CC boutique had on offer. There were so many outfits, too many, even each one just as embarrassing and impractical as the next. They came in a wide variety of colours, mainly pastel colours, yet pink in all shades remained the dominating colour. Her main problem was that she could very well imagine herself in all of these outfits with how similarly embarrassing they were to the ones she already owned.

Getting Blackpool to take her once more to the Repository was easy. Catching Aaron there was harder. However, she made an appointment, and another and another, until she finally caught him. Except that she didn't encounter him in his office.

It all started with Cory’s Grand-aunt. As it turned out she really was Cory’s Grand-uncle if you had a strict legal view of things. Unfortunately she was extremely rich and equally extremely convinced that Cory really was a girl inside. Admittedly Cory wasn’t exactly the alpha-male type and some of his interests, such as ballet, were considered by many as a bit girlish but being a girl? No way!

For years Cory had been able to duck most of her attempts while at the same time avoiding insulting the old lady. That was Cory, ever polite and NICE but always managing to glide around obstacles, like water, and finally get his own way. Then the old lady passed away and Cory found himself the heir of a substantial fortune. Provided he spent one complete year as a girl of course.

Synopsis: When Martin enters Gypsy Rosa Lyn’s caravan, parked in a South London pedestrian precinct, he little realises that she is anything other than a sham. After all, there’s no such thing as magic, is there? But when he gives up smoking, loses weight and starts exercising, is it really his will-power alone? One can only say, beware gypsies bearing potions.

Author’s Note: There’s no explicit sex in this story, although there are several references to sex and there are a few words commonly used in English society which some readers may find offensive. I have given this story a Magical Transformation flag even though, as I explain in the story, I don’t believe that is what it is.

“Who’s our guest?” Leland watches as Tammy removes the body armor the person was wearing off their body.

“I don’t know, but you wouldn’t believe what they went up against.” Tammy slowly removes the body armor.

When she gets all the body armor off the person. She could see they were wearing some sort of black bodysuit underneath the armor. It had a spongy feel to it as she touches it. There was a hole where whatever hit the person had gone through the armor. The skin was burnt and blistered.

Getting there was easy, since Blackpool was still in charge of the facility. He and Melody both took precautions to maintain the fiction that the two of them were not closely connected.

The staff at the chemical Repository - whether empowered or "just folks" - welcomed Melody back. Of course, part of this attitude was due simply to the change in routine she brought to the isolated facility.

8AM

Marcia, Chet, and Fraiser were perusing the area near where the body had been found when they saw French and Coleridge approaching.

“G’Mornin’,” Fraiser called as they got close.

Marcia was worried that they’d be ordered out of the area, but Coleridge asked, “Find anything?”

“Helmet?” I said. “Which one is the helmet?”

Charlie rescues Queen Sophia while Laura rescues Princess Victoria.

Sam woke up staring at a light fitting on the ceiling in a corridor. He was waiting assessment. Covid meant the hospital was nearly overrun. As his eyes focused he saw Suzi. He tried to sit up, but his head throbbed and he collapsed back onto the trolley.

"Suzi! Michelle?"

Suzi shook her head.

"No, no, god no please. "

"Sam please calm down. They are doing all they can, but she's in a coma."

CHAPTER 19
The rest of our time at Shrewsbury went along the same path, with some decent music, a lot of dancing and some steadily more intense practice sessions. Mark’s grandfather, Mr Kerr, had turned up on schedule, which meant a lot of hugs and kisses from most of what was now our group, plus some initial confusion on my part when he made some noises with his lips and tongue that I assumed were meant to convey some sort of message, at which point Steph simply slapped his arm.
