Chapter One – Shotgun!

Adele's and Celia are back, this time with their own law firm, taking a case in Kentucky where it is alleged that mountain top removal mining is responsible for a man's death. But they are a small firm with powerful enemies against them.

Hatter ducks as one of the Hunter’s she was fighting, and Shade were fighting tries to hit her with his bo-staff. She punches the guy in the chest area and knock the wind out of him.

“Heads up Hatter.” Shade tosses the Hunter agent he was fighting into the one attacking Hatter.

Initially my own clothes fitted, but that didn’t last as I lost height, narrowed at the waist and acquired enlarged hips and a bosom. Shoes were a problem as my feet seemed to have dropped from a men’s size eight to a ladies’ size four overnight.

CHAPTER 28
The pattern of my life started so often with light through the fabric of a tent. This was a little different, because the tent was Carl’s and the light was that of the first hints of dawn. I was lying on my left side, Carl’s left arm under my head, his right arm across my waist as his hand cupped my right breast. It could have felt sordid, as if he was sneakily groping me, but it wasn’t like that.

I felt protected, that was all. Just, please, Carl: don’t kiss my neck when you wake.

Chapter 10 Confession

Over the next few months, Pete began to feel like a double agent. Something clicked between Pete and Sheila, and a medium-to-long distance romance began to blossom. Medium-to-long distance because they didn't live too far from each other, there is no such thing as a short drive in Portland traffic. They went to different schools so that shot holding hands in the halls and after school activities together, not to mention the old standby of doing homework together.

"Happy birthday dear Robbie..." The modest crowd cheered as the blond-haired boy cringed. "Happy birthday to you!" Robbie grinned widely as he leaned down and blew out the sixteen candles on his plain chocolate cake, before grimacing as he braced himself for the inevitable.

Chapter 9 - At the Cabin

Saturday morning.

Early Saturday Morning. Maybe it was because he had gotten only a few hours sleep each night during the week that Pete had finally gotten a good night's rest. In any case the alarm woke him and he was showered and dressed well before he had to be. Greatly daring, he had put on his bra and panties and filled the cups with the bags of rice. Donning his jeans and a very loose, sloppy sweatshirt he examined the image in the mirror and decided the modest B cups wasn't too obvious. Appropriate clothes for a day in the woods.

CHAPTER 17 - Do you know what I did to the last person that called me Tinkerbelle? I slept with him.

"I have one more room to do. Let me ask Angela if she can cover for me."

"They’ll do that for you?"

"Yes, we are all friends, they have taken me under their wings. Four of us sharing a double room. We have become close out of necessity."

Ellen had a ton of questions to ask about the four in a small room together.

She asked the most obvious one. "What are your sleeping arrangements?"

He answered calmly, "Why two per bed. Why do you ask?"

Webster’s dictionary defines Speed as the fallowing: the rate of change of position along a straight line with respect to time over a set distance. In other words, the quicker you can get from one place to another. The question is what do you do, when your family has spent the last two generations in search of ways to accomplish this goal faster and faster. Would do you do when the family business is the search for more Speed. For Robert ‘Robby’ McGuire the answer is easy. You grab your sister and strap on a pair of Formula One racecars then go for broke.

Chapter 8 - Confusion

Confusion. A fine old word, comes from the Latin confundere, meaning mingle together. Now there's a concept that describes a young crossdresser - or maybe trans-something - if there ever was one.

One of my least favourite duties as Sheriff, was notifying people that one of their loved ones had died. It is was local then they’d often already know of a death and my arrival would be the confirmation. Occasionally, the death may have happened on the other side of the world and it was down to local law enforcement to do the deed.

Normally I’d go on this task accompanied by a female deputy but on this particular day, Sue-Ellen and Kelly were away helping the State Police on an operation in a neighbouring county so it was left to me to head out to the Wilson Farm to give them the bad news. The other bit of a downer for me was that their home was on the far edge of the county and the last ten miles of the journey is along a dirt road that hasn’t seen a grader for fifty years. Such is the lot of a County Sheriff.

It was blazing hot; and, even in the darker recesses of the tree in which I perched, the Sun managed to touch me occasionally with it's scorching brilliance. But it wasn't 'just hot', the humidity was so high that sweat ran down the back of my neck like Niagara Falls. To say it was uncomfortable would be akin to saying that Edgar Allen Poe was just a poet.
