Candi is confronted by a stranger during water survival training and he takes advantage of her. To make matters worse, she is betrayed by Michelle Murphy and John Benstead when she very much needs their support.

Chapter 26 – Here be dragons

Jacques died smiling. The token Christian priest in attendance, who had been seriously disturbed by the pagan nature of what he had witnessed merely said, “Of a surety God will assoil him.” He maekt no mention of Jacques’ likelihood of entering heaven, which those there considered to be appropriate given what they knew of Jacques’ beliefs.

Catlin was in pain as she pushed herself further and further. She arrived at Mrs. Patel’s with her suitcase. Her mother and father had agreed to let Mrs. Patel take her in for a few months. Once she was shown a room. Cheshire had her change into a leotard and come out to the exercise room.

First Cheshire warmed her up with a few exercises. Then she started teaching her more difficult exercises. After they were through with those, Cheshire gives her a physical test to see what she already knew and how she could improve on what she knew already.

There are too many raptors. They’re dominating the landscape.

“Pledges!” I shouted out in my most convincing drill sergeant voice as I paced the floor in front of the lineup. We hadn’t quite replenished our ranks yet, but Tiffany and I had managed to wrangle three new pledges for the house. I couldn’t remember their names. “Today we have a very special challenge for you, and those who successfully complete it, will remain as a GAT pledge and will also be well on their well to becoming a full sister. Those who fail will face the possibility of immediate expulsion, do I make myself clear?”

Sometimes I’d tell myself, This is what celebrities experience, and other times, This is what animals in the zoo experience. People took for granted that they could stare me up and down, ask me to turn this way and that… and comment on my appearance as if I couldn’t hear them.

Marc has a difficult life. His father and brother’s are men’s men and he is anything but.

Raven was enjoying herself as she walked around the park meeting people and enjoying some of the fun that was going. Clair introduced her to some of her friends that had shown up. Some of them were lesbians like Clair and a few were gay guys.

Raven was enjoying holding hands with Clair and being with her. They stop and buy some corn dogs and waffle fries to share for lunch. Raven had spotted a bench not too far away from the activities that weren’t occupied.

“Why don’t we sit over there?” Raven points to the bench she spotted.

Chapter 7 Uni life

NOTE. For those familiar with Castle from elsewhere, this is a new backstory that takes place forty-eight Castle years before the incursion of 568 after the Fell year by which time Travisher has long since dien and Will is the sixty-two year old Master huntsman and about to retire.
