At the Jefferson state fair is in town. Hijinks ensues for our lovely protagonist as she has a day out with Jo and some friends from school.

The school work, for the most part, required little effort. School would have been boring if it wasn't for my friends, volleyball, and the social challenges. I was glad that I had my college courses and work with Tom to challenge me intellectually during these years.
