It will be an anniversary of my transition, 39 years ago - told you I was old. I'll be dragging myself up to the hospital for a diabetic eye test so won't be celebrating, not that the cats are very much partygoing types, they don't even drink milk prefering water from the toilet pan although I give them clean every morning. Since that day, I don't know how many posts I've made here, more than anyone else by quite a margin. I've been reading some of the back issues of Bike that Sephie posted and continued on. I think that my writing then was a good as anybody's and perhaps better than most, this isn't arrogance it's a reasonable conclusion if you don't believe me read those around Bike1520. If you don't feel anything you are some sort of stone and should see your doctor because you may have been dead for some time.
I'm still writing but Bike at the moment while I figure out how the changes to British law via the Supreme Court, which is full of spineless morons affects the narrative. How can a nonentitiy who writes bad children's stories and even worse whodunits be able to influence the highest court in the land, is it because she has earned rather a lot of money and is throwing her weight about? Shows how the general populace don't appreciate quality of any sort and finance total crap.

Congratulations
Impressive. Encouraging that you’ve made it from Thatcher’s time through to today’s mess.
Breaking a prison
Breaking a prison — even metaphorically— seems like a fine thing to do on Bastille Day. :)
Congratulations, Ang. You are an inspiration!

Congratulations, absolutely!
You made me think of when I took my first hormone pill and started on this oh so long journey and that was on February of 1987.
So that has been 38 years for me though I did not have GCS till 2001, barely three weeks or so before 9/11, which is actually a good thing as surgery techniques got better by then.
I still remember how positively innocent airport security was before then in comparison when I flew to and back from surgery in Wisconsin.
Oy!
I'm currently in a regimen of inoculations every other month for Diabetic Retinopathy. In my EYES. Very effective treatment. I wish you well!
Love, Andrea Lena
Best Wishes To You
Mashallah. I wish that you had made money on your writing. In my opinion, you are likely the best Author on this site. What you would make on Amazon Kindle would be a mere pittance of the true worth of the work. Mashallah.
Gwen Brown PS You are one of the very few I met in person on Zoom.
