I get thrill bumps as the band goes from playing to the D.J. cueing up and sliding us into *Golden Years* By David Bowie…and yeah just like that really cool Ren-Dance scene from the Heath Leger Movie *A Knight’s Tale*

Clap in the air…hold hands…promenade around each other…hold hands and bow/curtsey twice once per hand…arm swish and promenade…turn round each other…dip the knees facing each other…circle again…clap in the air…swish arms and mosey and spin turn…tea pinkie walk and face others in a group and…long promenade while arm swishing to the end of the dance floor…hop and turn…

And then it starts…

“Golden years… gold, whop, whop, whop…”
“Golden years… gold, whop, whop, whop…”
“Golden years… gold, whop, whop, whop…”
“Don’t let me hear that life’s not taking you anywhere…Angel….!

*Before…

I kiss him again. “A day off, a real day off.”

He’s actually grinning. “Yeah, and there’ll be more I promise. I’m not working my way away from my family not when I just got them.”

We head upstairs and I’ll admit it…I’m happy, I’m choked up because he really gets it…family, those you love they come first. This is the way that I want to live my life.

CHAPTER 11
Sarah was falling apart, slowly but inexorably. I had watched her as she exploded into life at university, then pushed her to make her life real. Her style would never be mine, but she had become the archetype of a hard-rocking biker girl. Not the cliché I had once heard described as a 'back warmer' by a certain type of male motorcycling sexist, but a rider in her own right. They're back! My group that takes the sliding scale of romantic vs. nymphomaniac, rips the slider off and tries to insert it in various places.

Jess has yet another brilliant idea to help their completely secure relationships! This time there's pushback and she has to modify, but her final plan is even better than the original. She decides that Kevin needs to learn to be more assertive and so places herself under his control for the night. Sort of. It's hard to let go.

I decided to make Charles and Melissa slightly more snarky because I thought Jess needed a balancing force besides her steadier husband. I like the idea, though, of them all being only less amorous as compared to her. The other three have big sexual appetites, but she makes them look normal.
