Kaleb was a 15-year old sitting in the bleachers of a gymnasium, his blue eyes watching his friend Jennifer run through her routine one final time before the competition tomorrow. He watched intently as she lept, twirled, twisted, and flung herself through a flawless set, a sure-win for the grand trophy. Clearly exhausted, the girl composed herself then ran over to her boyfriend with the largest smile on her face.

"Did you see all that?", Jennifer asked, obvious excitement and pride evident on her face.

Ten days had passed since the coven had cast the spell that set the first layer of protection over the new town.

Cheyenne, with help from Pavanna and Veronica, had set up the basic frames for several houses around the central square. The houses would be forty feet wide, sitting on lots slightly more than sixty feet across, the differences would be due to what people desired.

“Remember to keep your knees together when you sit down,” the old lady reminded me while we were waiting to see the headmaster of Providence Meadows for the fourth time at 7:30 am. I wasn’t really in the mood to respond vocally, so I simply gave the old lady a look that translated into ‘yeah, I get it now, stop reminding me.’ But I still kept forgetting. My opinion of the skirt had changed a bit, a feeling I didn’t know how to describe, but I still felt exposed wearing it.

As the last one into the loft, I didn’t get a seat on the couch. Instead I found that someone on Tuesday had brought up a bunch of fluffy pillows, and a bright green inflatable chair. “That is never going to last,” I said, looking at it.

Big Davey laughed, “We alrealy had to patch it twice. It only cost twenty dollars though.”

“What are we playing?” I asked, eager to seem eager.

Kozuke gently runs the washcloth through the basin of scented soapy water, and begins to gently sponge the sweat off of her body. For some reason, she is always very sweaty in the morning. He suspects her dreams aren’t pleasant.

Lacey was asked to come down to Harrisonburg to hang out with Bug for the day at 9 pm the night before by her grandmother. That request sparked a stern talk about why spending time with Bug was a very bad idea from her mother, directed at both her and her grandma. This stern talk turned into an argument between her and her mother which then led to an argument between her mom and her dad. Lacey could hear the argument, as her parents made no attempt to keep it quiet. Her father was for Lacey going to Harrisonburg to spend time with Bug, whereas her mother was completely against it.

Synopsis:  Ashley Roberts had decided to embrace her female side and started on her journey into womanhood thanks to the support of her family. I tried to do that as little as possible, though, but there's a lot more in this one than usual because it was unavoidable. I was the happiest I had been since I first woke up on Frank’s farm. I wasn’t skipping around; rather, I was running as fast as I could. After my little fall, I made my way down the street that the old lady lived on to a secondary road that ran parallel to the main highway. The highway had a good amount of traffic on it, but the secondary road was deserted. As a bonus, the road stretched as a far as I could see, a good three or four miles. Plenty of room to fully stretch my legs.

After the excitement of the last days, Mercy hopes for a quiet Sunday.
