3.0 - AFTER THE VAULT

Count Edmont retired with his sons to mourn privately, but there was no escape to be found from his grief, or mine, within these walls - I couldn't stop hearing the clatter of Count Edmont's cane as it fell to the floor, and him with it.

The next day my alarm went off at 6AM. I took a long soak in the bath. I was half looking forward and half dreading today. I won't lie the thought of dressing as a traditional maid was appealing. The dress I wore before was more of a costume. The dress today was the real thing.

Chapter Eleven: Wine Tasting

We repeated our morning ritual of enthusiastic lovemaking. After showering together, I dressed as Dan, in a long-sleeved shirt, jeans, and sneakers.

The rest of the day I was in mild shock. I robotically carried out my duties in my maid's uniform. Sir told me to have an early night. He told me that I should remove all of my hair before going to bed. He reminded me that, as I was now Sarah, I should sleep in her room and use her clothes. I just said "Yes Sir".

I found several tubes of Veet and a pack of pink lady razors and got to work. I had always wondered what it would feel like to be hairless when I wore my wife's clothes. The material was so soft, but you don't feel it with a coating of hair.

Diana and I woke up early, showered, and dressed. Diana chose a pink surplice floral dress and loafers. I put on slacks, a long-sleeved shirt, and loafers.

I retrieved the daily paper, started the coffee pot, and began fixing brunch. I sliced the leftover bread from last night to make French Toast, bacon, and eggs.

The new day allowed Melissa to gather her thoughts, and over a caffeine-laden breakfast, her normal decaf blend was in the recycling… she began to plan her revenge in detail. Uppermost on her mind was protecting her children.

We repeated our morning ritual of lustful sex and showering together. I put on a bra, panties, and a red poppy festival dress, with loafers. Fixed breakfast, read the paper, and lounged.

Diana was excited to drive her new Escape to a 10 AM hair appointment. Late morning, Diana sent a text: “Please prepare dinner for 4. Details later.”

I responded: “Message received.”

Nathan sat rigidly in his seat, his enhanced senses picking up every tiny sound and movement around him. On Monday morning, we got up together, showered, shaved, applied makeup, and dressed. I chose a white A-line dress with elbow sleeves, blue chest pockets, shoulders, and belt, and white sandals. Diana chose a multicolored swinging mini-dress.
