It was ten minutes before Aspen convinced their suddenly uncooperative limbs to wobble them downstairs.

The breakup must have been written all over their face because Becks put down her phone and enfolded them in a tight hug. “Oh, Aspen. I’m so sorry.”

Chapter 19

Willow smiled at Malcolm’s statement.

“I told you that there were others who can take our place. Now, tomorrow, there will be at least twenty others. What’s the chance of putting on some food, even something light, between the end of the recording and the time that the choir get here.”

“It will be simple. I could do pie and chips, sausage and chips, egg and chips or chips on their own. With some bread and marge, you could always make chip butties.”

Back At The Vineyard:
“How are our finances looking, Henry?” Elizabeth looks across Henry’s desk as he taps away on his computer.

“The vineyard itself is doing fine. However, the trauma center is incurring a significant amount of expenses. You’ll need to make some changes to bring down the cost.” Henry looks towards Elizabeth, who is the trauma center director.

“What type of cost are you talking about, Henry?” Elizabeth needs to know exactly where they need to cut costs.

This story is based on Bea’s story, “All in the Cards”. It’s The first story in an anthology titled “Men in Petticoats” found at Smashwords and at Amazon. I encourage you to go there and buy it. The six stories in this book all deal with the feminization of men. All of the males are different in character from foreign fighters to American cowboys - but they all suffer from a hidden need - they want to be humiliated by women. At more than 52 thousand words it is reasonably priced at $3.99. Bea was a prolific author and hosted a series of websites to display her work. The most recent is, “Bea’s TV Station”, which is still up. “All in the Cards” is no longer available for free as it was when I first read it. To read it you need to buy “Men in Petticoats”. Sadly Bea passed on over four years ago; a great loss to TG fiction fans everywhere. I encourage you to buy her work. While I will include a synopsis, I can’t give you more than a thumbnail sketch without violating copyright.

In Dixie Land I'll Take my Stand!

David kept a cautious distance as he followed Melissa toward the abandoned hardware store. The late afternoon sun cast long shadows across the cracked pavement of the old strip mall parking lot. Johnson's Hardware had been closed for nearly three years, its windows covered with weathered plywood and faded "For Lease" signs.

DeShawn stood at the edge of the track, watching his teammates finish their cool-down laps. Even at rest, everything moved with a slight sluggishness - just enough to be irritating, like watching a video at 90% speed.

"DeShawn, my man!" Coach Martinez approached, tablet in hand. "Another record today. You're making history out here!"

Prologue
To Arms in Dixie!

The road was nothing more than a hog trail, and yet it was the road we were doomed to follow. How strange it must have been to the troop of boy scouts that we passed on some nature hike, to see four hundred men and boys all dressed in Confederate gray. I include myself in that four hundred doomed souls, I'd found myself kitted out period clothing at my fathers request.

It’s been too long since I’ve been here; I’ve been busy working on longer works (soon to be published on Amazon) as well as non-TG writing. Recently I found this older story that has not been presented before. It follows the familiar diary format, somewhat similar to my story “Stupid Diary”.

A warning: The story opens with domestic abuse.

When she had finished with her phone, she went and got her laptop and clicked on the email program. There were less who had the address, but the inbox still had a lot of messages. She found the one from Peter, looked at the statement, then went into her father’s office and turned on the printer. She sent the statement to the printer, then sat and took it in.
