Dear Diary!
I can’t figure this weather, today was actually quite cold outside! This became especially apparent when I heard Paula giggle as we were having lunch at the park again. I couldn’t quite figure what was so funny at first until she pointed at my chest. Both my nipples looked like they were trying to break out of the confinement of my, I guess too tight, tan polo shirt! How embarrassing! Luckily there were not a soul within sight but I still walked back to the car in fast pace with my arms crossed over my chest. I would probably have run if I could but the shoes don’t really allow any sprinting!

Chapter 29 Lunch Chat

I thought that Jessica was awful to say such an unkind thing and I was worried that she might be planning something sinister.

She had just glared at me and I felt that she meant every word. I decided that I should confront her later rather otherwise I’d worry and not sleep very well. I felt she had a love/hate attitude towards me and maybe it was that she felt insecure or that she felt that I was a threat. Whatever I was thinking about what she might mean.

These are the diary notes of a young man whom after taking a summer job experiences changes beyond anyone’s wildest imagination. It also suggests that there may be magic out there, not in the form of dramatic hocus-pocus but a more subtle one.

And sometimes that magic can come from something as inconspicuous as a pair of — Red Shoes.

Somewhat apprehensively I answered ‘Hi’

‘Where did you disappear to tonight we were just warming up?’

‘Sorry I was getting nervous and didn’t want to drink too much and be ill for work tomorrow. I said that because of the importance of my new job I was just being responsible.’

Chapter 23 Rescue Ranger

I looked past the bright headlights and it was my boss Kate Harper. She quickly beckoned me to get inside the car and then wound her window down to give the guys a piece of her mind as she drove off.

I was so relieved and yet I felt a cold shudder down my spine. ‘Put on your seatbelt. I thought it was you as I pulled out of the railway station’ she said. ‘What happened. Where are the others? What were you doing alone?’

“As we continue down this hallway we find the four cases containing Mother's and Father’s awards in both cinematography and in Eventing.”

Chapter 22 Another Fun Night

‘Please call me if you can — I need to talk to you’.

I had to go downstairs to the bathroom and there were 2 girls chatting as I went inside. I was a little hesitant at first but since I was a bit uncomfortable I decided I had no choice. It was impossible to go into a mens bathroom these days dressed as I was and luckily so far I didn’t have any adverse reaction but I’d still had a few quizzical looks. Nevertheless I was feeling more confident each day..

Chapter 21 Girly time.
Kate asked me to sit down on a leather chair whilst she sat on the sofa. I felt a little conspicuous sitting in a skirt and tried to be as feminine as possible. She said to relax and asked how I was feeling in this new role and in the new job. What could I say it was like a dream or a wonderful adventure and I not had time to take it all in. It all seemed like a blurr..

I can’t help but to wobble a bit as the effects of what just happened hit us/me Alecia stares at me her eyes sort of wide with looks so strange on a vampyre, her pupils have expanded until there’s just the pupil surrounded by a ring of the blue/grey that her eyes normally are. She get’s up from her knees and limps over to where I’m sitting on my knees beside Shaun.

“He’s hurt bad.”

She looks at me and there’s fresh tears running down her face making clean tracks in the dirt and the old tears of blood on her face. “I’ll do my best.”

Pt Four
Childhood and Schooldays Continued

When the laughter and jeering died down, the class teacher told me take my seat,when I went to my usual desk the teacher asked were I was going, when I told him to my desk,he sneered and told me to sit on the other side of the class with rest of girls.

The boots he handed me were. . .well, they were perfect. They were a red leather, with similar tooling to the boots I held in my hands, but they were long and had a zipper up the side. They had a three inch broad heel. They were also obviously women's boots.
