Feeling really odd, and a bit frightened.

I am reading Julie Cole's, "A Change In Lifestyle", and though I am pretty certain where it is going, it makes me feel really unsteady and um odd. I'll likely keep reading it.

Christmas has, in the last 6 years been really hard because it was 7 years ago, on the 18th that my whole world exploded; having been outed, thrown out and all that dreadful stuff. Now, finally I am able to say that life is treating me really well and I am fulfilled.

Who will place the XXX mantle?

So, I see in the news this morning that the roll out for the XXX web sites is today. I wonder, with some trepidation, who gets to choose who gets that designation? Fro those with that designation, will it be like a dead albatross around the neck of the hapless sailor, or will it be like honey for ants?

I don't plan to let my virus guard regulate my contact with those sites; it is for me to decide.

Invited to a muggle's writers group.

Much to my astonishment, I have been invited to a muggle writer's group through my church. I am frankly astonished and wonder how long this will last. The word from a friend of mine who secured the invitation for me is that if these people like your work, it will go to print.

So, now is the time to see if I have real talent, and am I up to writing withing the constraints of what adults see as proper spelling and sentence construction? Up until now, I have written for fun, and have ignored the rules of most of the editor mongers. I just wanted to have fun! :)

AIS

This has to be the happiest day I can remember in 7 years. I got the results for a medical test (Karyotype) I had last week and I am officially in the ranks of the AIS. Which means that I can be declared officially a woman in the eyes of a certain organisation.

When I can get my feet back on the floor, I have to run out to the doctor's office to sign the release for the Doctor to share it with the office of the Presidency. This means a great deal to me. Please share in my joy!

Much peace

On being a whole person

As a woman, I enjoy many types of things in my life. I love a good walk, bike ride, road trip, chocolate cake, fettuccine Alfredo, my fish tail skirt, my new hearing aids, a clean kitchen, the smell of a bubble bath, newly done nails, and the days that I can wield my magic and make my dozens of hairs look like a head full.

I like a good story, both if I have written it, and if someone else has. I like science fiction, historical fiction, history, and the bible.

When negative comments come.

Much to my utter dismay, AS IF, someone took exception to something I wrote and it made me feel quite sad. So, I took my utter sadness to a published author who I know has taken a great deal of criticism and gone on living. I did not actually think I would get a reply very soon, if at all, but at least I had tried.

Much to my astonishment, I received a reply within hours! What was said felt so profound to me that I decided to share it here, though I left the confidential part out:

Strength of Materials

In my writing of this next short story, I really did exercise my poetic license to the point that I might get a healthy fine. I hope you all like it, though I know some will not. I think I will call it "Battle Field To Cradle". I plan to publish it shortly after this blog entry. And yes, it is TG, and with some spanking (my trade mark) and some chains and bondage along the way, though none of it is sexual, she just needs a bit of correction for a short time is all.

Can writing be that draining, really?

I've been beavering away at two different stories that are funny at times and quite poignant others, and I am doing an extensive scriptural study along with exhaustive notes and am feeling quite drained.

Both stories were meant to be dramas with postively comical moments in them and now I find it quite difficult to keep them that way, at times breaking out in tears, and thunder for no real reason. My God, I thought my drama days were long over!

Come on, can writing really be that draining or am a simply a selfish wimp?

Well, I am beavering away on a story and have come to an impasse regarding how to spell some words. The premise of the story is that it is written with the primary protagonist doing some of the naration, and she is from Worcester, UK. So, I've been trying to write using correct UK spelling and must admit that at least in this last chapter, I am mucking it up.

I've come within a few miles of the UK, having flown over enroute to Kenya, but that is all I have.

Vaginal Maintenance for the new owner.

I thought I would share this for the benefit of those contemplating getting SRS. Hopefully you will be wiser because of what I am going to share.

Mine was done in Bankok, Thailand by Dr Kamon on August 15, 2006.

From the beginning Dialation of the Faux Vagina was problematic. The actual surgery was extremely simple and I had an almost pain free recovery. During post op Dilations of three times a day, I managed to achieve 1 1/4 inch diameter and 4 1/2 inch depth. When I left, I felt well but weak.

OMG ! Someone is wearing my clothes!!!

For a few days I have been looking for my 38B padded push up bra, as I have a nice little dress that really makes the girls stand out. UM well, I'm not 38, but I use an extender and that brings it out to my 42. And before anyone says it, no it does not work that well because the straps always fall off my shoulders.

So, anyhow, my black bra was missing. :( So I made do and went out. Well, this morning my black bra was laying on top of my charging cell phone, so I know it was not there before last night. So, who returned my black bra?

Look, no callin the cops or any other drama, OK?

I'm just really needing to hear if their is any new research on Transgender Genetics. I mean NEW. I do not mean the stuff that gets warped to conform to our own wishes, but real science. I follow this stuff closely, and if it is not dated 2011, it is probably not new to me. Sorry, don't mean to sound snotty, snide or snasty. My stress levels are just off the chart right now. I'm aware of the study recently done in OZ.

So, here is another of my whoppers. I do hope that you all enjoy it. I had hoped to get other work done but this old yarn just kept niggling at the back of my brain and at my age, I have none to spare, jolly good then.

Here are some reading instructions: I write using the Queen’s English and the proper spelling for it. I am sorry that my knowledge of the Queen’s English is inferior but I am endeavouring to get it learnt my best speed. It is my hope to visit the UK to for further education in time. Full stop!

Having an issue with MS Word 2010.

This morning at 1:00 AM I finished a short story, complete with the extra spaces between paragraphs that Drupal requires. As far as I was concerned, it was ready to publish.

This morning I got up and decided to give it one last read to check for continuity. Much to my discomfiture, all those blooming extra carriage returns are gone! Can I have not remembered correctly? Did I forget to save my work? I am quite certain that I saved it and I have auto save set at 5 minutes.

I've got an old short story called "Extreme" that I published on Storysite as an excercise in a creative writing class. I wanted it to leave the reader feeling breathless and emotional. It is about the most extreme combat that anyone could come up with; a really, really despirate situation that repeats every day until the poor soldier is either killed or is pulled from duty.

This mornings' discussion around the story "The Beneficiary", caused me to get curious about intersex penile sizes. In doing just a little google search, I found a very interesting NOVA site with an interesting article and several links to yet more informative articles.

So for those who know they are intersexed, and for those who are just trying to figure things out, here is the link:

Unrequited Love

Tonight I said goodbye to the man I love, knowing that I likely will not ever see him again. I doubt that he knows anything of my feelings toward him. He is 29, I am 64, so it is well that I never utter a word about it. He did something that is just not done in his faith, he hugged me goodbye and when he did my heart broke.

You Did What To Me?

Originally written and posted at another site in 2003. I just cleaned it up a little before posting it to BCTS. This is a one shot, complete story. I was feeling cranky about the same old Tranny stories when I found this one. I humbly apologise for my attitude.

This story is about 2/3 autobiographical.

"Fleshing" out a story.

I am trying to get back to writing; reading a few of my old stories to see what I liked and thinking. The first story I published on this site, drew a comment that said something like, you have a nice little story here that needs fleshing out. Another said that my story rambled a lot.

So, I decided that before I forged ahead on finishing my last story, I would try to conduct a little "self seminar" to try to tune myself up. Who knows maybe I need a book called, "A Tune Up For Wanna Be Writers"? :)

Suggestions please?

Well, I have introduced a new set of characters into my Katia story and need some help with names. They are about a foot tall, fly, and live in the woods on Malok's home world. So far Malok's race have just considered them to be about the equivalent of mosquitos but have not engaged in an eradication campaign on them, rather choosing to stay away from them.

So, I have this CD called "Tabla Turbo" that is belly dancing music, and not on I tunes or any place like that. So, my roomate told me that I could just buy a thumb drive and use my computer to copy the CD to the Drive. I did not think I could do it due to copyright crankiness, but he insisted I could, so I tried. Well, as you can probably guess, that did not work. So for music CD's that are not main stream, how can this be done?

Was I given Testosterone?

I was just reading a story and it seemed to jog something in my memory. Ever wary of false memories, I am fairly certain that this one is the real McCoy.

I was a tiny, effiminate boy, in the 5th percentile on weight and 25th percentile on height at around 12 years old. I know that this was post pubescent because I started at 10, but Mr Wiggly required very infrequent attention.

Along about this time, Mom started bringing home "Vitamins", little gell pills about the size of a pea. By the time I was about 17 I was about 5'6" and around 135lbs, I think.

Am I simply gay?

Well, in a talk with a member of a very conservative religion, I was trying to help him to understand GID folk better. He started off asking if I had been born male and I said that I had actually beem born somewhat both, (Intersexed). He'd never heard of that. So then in the conversaton I told him that I had two natural born children, born to my X. So he said, then you were male. I told him, well sort of. So then he asked me when I first realised that I was sexually attracted to males, and I told him I never was and never actually had penetrative sex with one.

Cosplay, can anyone do it?

I saw a CNN clip about Commic Con, and OMG, my imagination is like totally captured ! Wow!

I was thinking that if I get involved in it, I would like to be "Katia" in my girl rambo story. Of course that means losing the 30lbs I have been storing on my body, but I can just see myself in a butt length Black wig with blood red highlights, a black costume with black leggings with all sorts of dials and vents on the leggs, a sexy top and a holster for my "Noisy Cricket" and of course my enhanced sword! No stillettos, though, you can't really run and fight in those things!

Any one taken the Rorschach test

An online conversation I was just having caused me to remember taking the Rorschach test, along with the MMPI and a whole bunch of other stuff. The Rorschach Test made no sense to me at the time, and I am not even sure that I finished it. One does look like a human pelvis to me but in a purely anatomical sense, not a sexual one. I just looked it up on wiki and have to say that it seems even less relevant than when I was taking a ton of drugs.

Has anyone taken this test and did it make any sense to you? Should we question the sanity of those who think the results mean something?

Yep, I'm gonna go work the hot stuff again, poking around in live electrical panels, climbing a few poles, pullin some wire, and changing some 10,000 horse motors. Yep, it will be back to $36 dollars an hour and all the beer I can drink after work. Anyone got any idea how bad it hurts if I slip a spike and mash my tits on the side of a big old oily pole with giant splinters?

Well, that is not the truth ... but.

GID and Aspergers

So, well I was sitting in a meeting the other night, and one of the "experts" said that many GID folks are some form of Aspergers. This was a meeting put on my some political, and marketing people who thought themselves to be pretty highly, um smart. For some reason, I saw them to be self serving, snobbish, obnoxious prigs.

So, anyhow today I started thinking about what they said about GID and aspergers. Gee, I was never diagnosed with it, though I seem to have some of the same troubles that they do. This is a lot to think about.

Plausible space velocities for stories.

One of the stories here got me curious about the "Star Wars" series, for purely technical reasons. :) So, I began to watch the entire series again from I-VI. In Epi IV, Han Solo mentioned that his ship would do 1.5 light speed. Hmmmm that is just plodding along and is really not much good for space travel. In Lili's present story, she mentioned that the drive she is peddling is capable of 100,000 times light speed; something just barely useful considering the scale of the Universe, or even our own Galaxy.

I sat in a meeting of people who represent the GBL community who "say" they want to represent the T community more effectively tonight. In my experience, organisations that try to save themselves are already dead.

This is substantially what my stepfather did to me, and I still remember my son asking me 10 years ago how come I was never happy. I hope that people like this spend their after life in the hottest part of hell, even if I have to be there for wishing that be their fate.

It was with a sense of sadness and rage that I read some news about children being mistreated in Care Homes in the UK. Really great story

I really like the great stories here. Once in a while my patience wears thin on the TG genre and I go looking for something else. I watch an author like Apache and Lazlo Zalesac. He has a really great one up about Corporate America and I can tell you with authority that it is the most factual, true to life story I have seen on the subject. I am sure that some of the members here can identify with it. There is NO sex. There is no menu so you will have to fumble with the address bar to get through the chapters.

After Ch 4 of Lt Katia, I was going to write the final chapter of MS Frankenstein but when I looked at the comments and reads, discovered that it just did not sell that well. I had thought it was a very good story but perhaps not. So, I guess I will ask for input from the readers.

Is this story worth finishing? If I get a few comments saying that it is, perhaps I'll do the final chapter. If not, I will just let it die a natural death.

The storm to the South West was rapidly gathering but there looked to be time to reset the power pull on the pole and then I could go home. The sky had gone all amber, the humidity was oppressive. The distant thunder sounded like the neighbor dragging his garbage can down the street. The approaching tempest looked like it could hatch a Tornado. I began to wonder if I should bother getting the power back up again.

I Mighte Be Related To Kate!

Eh what with all this talk of family crests and such, it prompted me to explore mine a bit. If the "Sun" can invent outraveous lies then I ought also.
So I went looking on the Internet for the "Boucher" place of origin and family crest. Gads, we actually have one! It looks like they were part of the Norman invasion around 1066.
