The Nostalgia Train

After we tried some of the normal rides in the amusement park Eric and I saw a ride called the Nostalgia Train and were curious what it was all about so we went to the information booth connected to it and found out.

I was sitting at an outdoor patio sipping on a cup of tea and watching the world walk by. It was a beautiful spring morning and I was luxuriating in the feel of the sun warming my face for the first time since the end of the long winter. To the average person, I would hardly have been noteworthy.

This image had been my entry to a romance novel book cover contest I had entered when I had been a more active member of the IMVU community. IMVU is basicly an avatar oriented chat system where I had been known as Xoey. Dear readers, as I write along my plotline, this originally conceived minor scene became a major one, justifying a chapter - at least to me. I am experimenting here at BC and looking for reader feed-back.

Therefore, I am going ahead and posting it as is. This is a little side step in Julian's way. I fully intend on concluding the series in ten or fewer chapters. Chapter III concludes the introductory portion of the story. I have made small factual changes to the first two chapters as I moved along to be consistent with details.

What happens when Drake first arrives in the City of Glanlies? Will Sandrelessa be banished once and for all? What will Drake wear and how will his hair be styled?
