Andi and Allie – Chapter 6 – The Bootie Call

Allie had a booty call! She deliberately got dressed to allure. She looked…OMG…she looked so divine…heavenly…rapturous…enticing...sexy…hot. She looked amazing! I watched her as she was doing her makeup of course. And I watched her move this way and that whilst doing her final check before her full length mirror.

 

 “You’d have to be a right plonker to willingly start something like this.”

Chapter 9

There wasn't a mad rush to the food tables, more of a casual shift of attention that gathered steam as people started loading up their plates. When we meandered our way there, we had to wait in a queue. Tracy made a show of publically giving me a card from Martha. I guess I had my invitation.

The plot progresses. Kevin goes to see his step mother and learns some more about why she is doing this. She reveals something that he never expected. Then he learns something about himself.

I would like it very much if someone would offer to help me proofread this.
I know my grammar is terrible. If anyone is unable, then some points about what I should work on and watch for would be helpful.

Everything comes to an end and every end is a beginning.

Work…! Work was a trip and three quarters! My first day was sort of different for sure. The first person I met was the receptionist, operator, administrative assistant, staff coordinator, and all around general tornado of action. And her smile was a large as her enormous heart.

Chapter 36 – The War

So far: grand openings abound, with the Ojibwe Co-op and the Waters house getting most of the attention. Nick’s and Marilyn’s house, and the credit union also opened. Finally, River gets another idea, and the First Annual St. Mary’s High School Fashion Show is the result.

"It's midnight" Coach said looking at the watch "We should head in. Tomorrow is another day" You could hear the disappointment in his voice.

We all looked at each other with the same disappointed look. I looked into the fire we had built half for the cold and half to alert any ships or planes of our presence.

CHAPTER 65
Once again, we trooped into the court, taking our little block of seats, and once again we got to see the unusual spectacle of a defence barrister doing precisely sod-all.

Angharad had delivered a whole salvo of bombshells, if bombs came in salvoes, rhat is, and I would have expected any honest lawyer to have picked it all apart, chewing away on everything from the fact that she seemed to have no evidence other than her memory to the vindictive nature she had demonstrated in her outbursts.
