In this chapter, the crisp beauty of an autumn morning sets the stage for a day filled with family bonding and simple joys. Against a backdrop of clear skies and golden leaves, the characters explore the park, finding moments of laughter and connection that offer a reprieve from life's challenges. Amid the playful chaos of kite flying and soccer games, deeper emotions surface, leading to a quiet yet heartfelt conversation that underscores the importance of trust, understanding, and self-discovery.
Steve is married to Dee Lilah, who is running for the U.S. Senate. The League of Women’s Voters has scheduled a beauty contest for the candidates' spouses. Ironically, the League hadn’t anticipated a female candidate and had made the rules quite stringent in regards to what the spouse must wear and do.
Despite growing up knowing about the Paranormal and seeing a world that normal people would never see, Seth was as close to a normal human as you could get. Everything would change on the day his father died and his life would never be the same again.
“I’m not a fucking bimbo!” I snapped, pulling away from her.
[This is an oldie from way back. I first drafted it in 2011 and posted it on my blog in November 2018]
[In Scotland, a ‘Stair’ is analogous to an apartment block in the US. One stairwell connects all the Flats/Apartments. Many 'Stairs' in places like Edinburgh do not have lifts yet, are sometimes five floors high and the steps are often pretty steep.]
After trying on his mothers underwear and being screamed at by his father, he knew that a boy wanting to be a girl was a horrible thing. He knew at the tender age of six he must bottle it up and never speak of it.
One day his mother and her friend were getting him and his brothers dressed and he heard his brother screaming.
Seventeen year old "Katrina" is forced to dress up as a little girl prior to a mercilessly long tickling by her cousin Karla. This unexpected humiliation seems to go on forever: when the torment is finally complete, "Trina" realizes she will never be the same again.
CHAPTER 13
In the end, we had it at ours, because it was closer to the Bunkhouse, and there was a club booked in for the whole week and a bit of the holidays. It meant a little bit extra work for us, but the group did their own decorations, and actually did quite a decent clean-up job afterwards, although they could have done a better effort at separating the recycling. The thought was there, though.
The run-up to the holiday itself was fun, in its own way. The Woodruffs were down for a few days, which meant a mass visit to the folk club, and for once they chose to stay at the Bunkhouse rather than camp. I collared Steph about that choice, and she grinned.
There was a chill in the air by the time they walked through the front door. Sam went into the kitchen to get glasses and a cork screw. Michelle lit the old log effect gas fire and turned on the old radio gram. It took a few seconds to warm up as it was the pre-transistor valve type. Michelle loved it as it had a deep rich sound.
The Abbot
A Short Story based on Historical Fact
By Maryanne Peters
I loved her and that is all that I can say. To me she was the very epitome of what a lady should be – beautiful, refined, intelligent and hungry for sex. So why was she a nun? Well, she was not a nun really, because she did not qualify to be one.
“I got another new member to my squad. Though, something really bothered me about it. She was an old lady, like in her thirties. Then when she went through the Ceremony she turned into a fourteen year old like me. I thought it only made you lose two years, like how I went from sixteen to fourteen. She was eerily calm about it though. I don’t know how I’ll get along with her, but I’ll try.”
An hour later, Christina emerged from the bathroom clean, in new clothes that used to be Kathy's, and with her hair dry and styled nicely. Making her way over to the dining room table, she saw no one there.
Charlie get's down to the 'nitty-gritty' of building spaceship antigravity engines, while Chloe decides to take time out to rear the kids whilst still doing her 'day-job' at the mining trauma unit.
Lieutenant Asi gets a new job.
We soon arrived at the church.
There were already a few cars in the parking lot and people were kinda milling around outside as we all walked in through the back door.
Jordan let me stay in her apartment for the night since for whatever reason she had two bedrooms. She lent me a nightie and we put my clothes for a wash and dry ready for tomorrow. It did mean no panties for the night. That wasn't a big deal except I knew Jordan was reading my thoughts and when a movement or accidental action reminded me, I could see Jordan blush. I may even have paid attention and allowed my thoughts to wander in that direction to get a rise out of her.
Keala pulls into the driveway of Cheshire’s place. She turns her car off and heads towards the front door. She pulls her cellphone out and looks up the special number Cheshire gave her a long time ago. She dials the number and the electronic lock built into the door unlocks.
She’s greeted by two tiger strips cats “hi, Kit and Kat.” She pets each one on their head.
When I got over the initial shock and read the article I just had to lie back and laugh. The reporter had obviously taken the information he had been given as a joke as the article was filled with comments from various people who ‘knew’ me; as well as totally fictitious comments from me.
They moved into the living room. The old but comfortable sofa welcomed them both. They sat apart, but at a angle so they could talk. Michelle's knees touched Sam's. Unwilling to part from such an understanding warm presence.
"So how long have you felt this way Michelle?"
She thrilled at being called by her female name. Until today no one had ever called her anything but Micheal, or freak.
Like the recent "What If?" scenarios of the Marvel Comics Uiniverse, what if things went
just a wee bit differently for the Hobbits upon their return to the Shire?
I watched Stacy stride purposefully towards the slimebag, while Jordan phoned the police and explained the situation. They would need an ambulance as well. That woman was not looking in a good way.
“I'm surprised you didn't notice before I pointed it out,” I commented to Jordan.
“Like every telepath, you learn to treat the thoughts like white noise and ignore it. It's easier with more people about you. I'm glad it doesn't bother you.”
Midweek update, which is better than you lot deserve. One measly comment! How am I supposed to get by on that? Thanks Heather, by the way. It was beginning to feel like Siberia for a moment.
"If you want we can go to court and fight this out. You know being the poor put upon wife I will probably win and you'll pay costs."
"But how is that fair? You get the London penthouse flat and I get left with the fixer upper in Hertfordshire. We haven't even started on it yet, it was meant to be your project. There's still a sitting tenant to get rid off."
"You should have thought of that before fucking your secretary shouldn't you."
The rest of the day at school I had classes with Nicola so we sat together and I had to keep reminding myself not to be so girly in public, but at least for the first time, I now felt that I had a BFF I could be a girl with. I also realised that I had now seen another erection, and Bev was right, I am a lucky girl, but not by much. It also occurred to me that I had held another man’s cum, even if it was in his used condom.
Transformed Prince now Squire and Magician/Sorceress Christiana travels through the dwarven lands underground to meet their king and learn more and more of what is going on.
Mantra (Malibu Comics) is questioned by a powerful superior in the Aladdin agency, a black ops group which has become a danger both to ultras in general and to the nation as a whole. Aladdin has discovered that Eden Blake has suspicious past links with Lauren Sherwood, the deceased new Mantra. If the interrogator can use this information as a wedge to uncover Eden's secret life, that life will change drastically for the worse.
I was 7 years old and bored. My brother wouldn't play with me and I had no friends. I was a very shy child and didn't mix well with other boys. I found them noisy and rough.
I asked my mum if I could play outside and got the normal reply.
"Yes ok, but stay in the street, don't go around the corner."
This was 1969 we never seemed to worry about children going missing. It never happened much or it wasn't reported on.
