To him though, it had always been something that happened far away to other people. His life was forever changed though when a Breach opened near his home, everything he knew was destroyed or taken, and he ended up Altered.

He leaned in slowly, his eyes closing as he lifted my chin with his fingers, and slowly touched his lips oh-so-softly against mine.

In case you hadn’t guessed, that was a dream. No good story ever starts with a kiss. In fact, most of them end with one. I have had a massive crush on a boy named Tyler basically since Freshman orientation; now we’re both Juniors, and I don’t think he even knows I exist.

Now, I know what y’all are thinking. “Oh no, not yet ANOTHER ‘shy girl gets guy who barely notices her, but turns out to have been crushing silently. Oh, and of course he’s popular and on the football team and everything.’”

Sorry to disappoint, but there are three big problems with that.

"Subject UX1 day 90. Subject woke up suddenly this morning and made a straight line to the mess hall. Subject seems to be abnormally strong. Normal containment will not be possible. Subject walked through walls to get to mess and then proceeded to devour large helpings of what was supposed to be our meals for the next week. both pork and beef approximately 3 cows worth where devoured, 5 15 pound turkeys, and every pickle jar instock approximately 5 cases of 12 jars 1 liter jars each. subject then fell asleep. We have moved her to one of the training room apartments that her niece X4 shared."

I hate waking up. I always wake up in a bit of a daze till I get my morning drink of Pepsi. I know its not healthy and bad for yadda yadda. I don't drink coffee so this is my coffee live with it. Dawn and Aunt Susan took me to get me some more clothes and if possible I would stay with them and finish the school year. Dawn was thrilled that Danica was to continue and wanted me to finish the school year with her. Shopping ended with a stop to get cosmetics and skin and hair care items. I was surprised that supportive in getting what I needed.
