Interesting article about remembering consequences of biological sex.

The following link is to an article about someone's brother who was a transman and who died of ovarian cancer. The fact that the person interviewed is the deputy speaker of the House of Lords, shows that both transsexualism and tragedy know no social boundaries and a poignant reminder that even after SRS we often have reminders of our original biological sex which can cause problems and even kill as well as therapies for the new gender may increase some risks. Includes a piece by an oncologist who specialises in transgender patients.

There's a Place For Us, A Time And a Place For Us

Looking at the wardrobe in my closet, and reading this article, maybe it's time now, finally my time now?

And by the "us" in the title above, I'm referring to cisgendered straight boys who enjoy dressing in traditionally female garments but are afraid to do it in public.

Fictionmania's spat with firefox

That previous blog post has slid below the fold. So maybe it is time to ask for a refresher?
Fictionmaia still does not seem to like Firefox any more. Does anyone know if this is the new normal and I just need to accept it? Or is there any activity on the Fictionmania community that is considering the topic?

As always, Lazy TV viewers want to know.

none today

Here in GOC it's a grey start to the day but we are off out to Norfolk for the day so I won't get a chance to do a proper post today. As I'm out tomorrow too it could be Tuesday before I get properly online when you'll get a full update and chapter.

From my phone,
Bye for now

Time for another "Boy protests school uni by wearing skirt" story.

Blog About:

I suppose it is one of those normal parts of the British school year running late into June - boys get told they cannot wear shorts, start sweltering in the heat, and one or more get the idea to wear a skirt instead. Don't recall seeing any last year (probably thanks to COVID), but the boys (and schools) are right back at what almost feels like an annual game of chicken. BBC Link is below.

Last Sunday, 60 Minutes had a segment about trans.

It started out as a discussion of anti-trans laws and quickly took a sharp turn into the ease of convincing doctors to start hormone therapy and actual SRS.

May 18th

I had noticed that this date was coming up at the beginning of May, but with 1,001 different things happening this week, I hadn't realized that it was upon us. May 18th 2021 marks the 41st anniversary of the eruption in Washington State of Mount Saint Helens.

This is something that I've always been fascinated with. I love studying geology, and I find it interesting, the amount of devastation that can occur from the eruption of a single volcano.

Hi Folk,

Last Saturday morning I woke-up, did my Transcendental meditation, got out of bed and turned on NPR (radio). I then heard most of a program on various trans topics. Here is a link to this podcast:
