Being Different Isn't So Bad Chapter 8

“Hey sis, I got the inventory completed of our stock. We’re going to need to place an order for more oil and anti-freeze. Also, we’re out of stock on a few air filters and oil filters.”

August had been assigned inventory duty by Rebecca.

“Oh, Butch called and said we wouldn’t believe the type of research our client is doing. They were so excited at what they were going to be investigating at Stonehenge. That they couldn’t wait to get off the plane.”

“What type of research does our client do?”

Chapter 19

So far: We start a chapter in which River does not appear. After Alison’s horrible session with the vice president of the bank left her unemployed and shattered, she met up with the lawyer Nick and started to calm down. In this chapter we look at what her son, Mark did at the same time as Alison’s meeting.

Abandoned Child Chapter 9

Jessie watches the land scape as they drove down the interstate. After the police had shown up and took everyone’s statement. Charlie showed them the security footage he had of them breaking into the room and the hotels footage. There was more than enough security footage there to put Charles behind bars. Plus, they had the other information Jessie’s mother died for. He was sending that footage to a FBI agent he knew. Charlie trusted this agent and works with him when he is hired to track down hackers by companies.

Fiona paced backwards and forwards. I tried to join her but Eddie was making that more difficult with each passing day.

“So, tell me again what will happen if we agree to the plea bargain?” I asked Mr. George.

The Life and Times of Mackenzie Somerset Part 1

I have been kicking around bringing back Mackenzie for some time now. But as I worked on things to post eventually, I made a few decisions and a few changes. Other changes had been planned from the start. So I'm switching an old Trope we see often here, where a church goes after the transgender youth. But this time, The youth isn't transgender.

So without any more babbling by me, I'd like to offer the first chapter of Mackenzie Somerset

Night and Day, part 05 of 12

“I like being a girl. It feels better than being a boy, at least for me. But remember Jamie is a different person; still a lot like me, I mean we’re both still a lot like we used to be, but just because he turns into me at night doesn’t mean he’s gay or transgender. If anything, from what Bobby tells me, he’s more macho than we were before.”

Harry Potter and the Trouble With Neurotypicals 23

Harry Potter and the Trouble With Neurotypicals: Book Three.
Or, "Aspie Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban."

Note: I do not own this. J. K. Rowling does. This is just fan fiction. No money is being made.

Note 2: There may be a few bits and pieces lifted word-for-word from the canon material. I tried to do that as little as possible, though.

Chapter Eight: Catching A Rat

The Italian Job - Part 13

Before I could control myself, I started crying.

To my eternal relief, Mrs Wilson didn’t come and offer to help.

When I’d recovered my composure, I said to her,

“You can’t be serious. You really want me to come and tell a load of adolescent girls about a man who does not want to be a man and why he’s having his dick cut off?” I blurted out rather angrily when I’d recovered at least some sort of composure.

I dragged a handkerchief out of my handbag and tried to dry my eyes without making too much of a mess of my makeup.

11th Sun: Chapter 5: Fire

I’m getting a welcome signal. Someone wants me to come visit them.

There’s a little HAM Digital receiver in the flight deck. I picked it up in a truck stop, with a wink and a nod, for $100 bucks, ten years ago. It’s about the size of a lunch box, with a four foot antenna cluttering up the deck. I’ve got a pretty heft load on the antenna, so it’s strong enough to pick up from inside the ship. There’s no jack for an antenna on the surface hull, and it would get melted into vapor on re-entry in any case.

Rhysling's Rue - Part 20

“Massetti’s or Nguyen’s?” Her question deflected attention from Steph and allowed her to recover herself for a moment while the subject was roundly debated and the die cast in favor of French-Viet cuisine. They set off happily chattering amongst themselves with Elissa bringing up the rear, hand in hand with her wife.

“She’s growing up so fast… I swear it seems like it took longer with Jamie.”

Being Different Isn't So Bad Chapter 7

August wonders into the back-storage area where Becca keeps the cars her father had bought to be refurbish. She spots a nice Ford Mustang that looked like it needed some body work done to it. The interior didn’t look to bad, but it could be updated and made to look like it was new. She walks around and just enjoying the peace and quiet while exploring the old cars. August finds an old VW Thing and sits in it.

She wonders if this was brought for Becca? It would fit her style of things.

Abandoned Child Chapter 8

Jessie had gotten dressed in a pair of his mother’s clean jeans and slipped on one of her t-shirts because that was all he had with him. When he comes out of the bathroom, his Aunt Mary and Uncle Joe look at him, they couldn’t believe how much he looked like a teenage girl.

Especially his mother when she was his age.

“Jessie, don’t take this wrong, but do you like dressing as a girl?” Mary couldn’t believe how her nephew looked.

Jessie looks at his Aunt and Uncle. He already told Charlie how he felt.

Night and Day, part 04 of 12

“Please don’t be mad at him. He’s embarrassed about changing into a girl and is afraid of how people will react. If you freak out, it will make him feel justified in keeping my existence secret, and I’m just as real as he is. Both of us remember being the original Jamie, but both of us have changed.”
