Introduction: Michele (Mike) Donatella and Asher (Ash) Finlayson meet the summer before their senior year in high School. Ash is spending the summer with his mother in Brooklyn, NY. His parents are divorced. Mike and Ash hit it off right away. There are some secrets to be learned over the next year. Some won’t be revealed for a long time after that. Some unless you figure it out will not be revealed until the very last paragraph of the last chapter – nine chapters from now.

The story is not mine. It is based on a very old tale that might have been part of English/Irish lore, it might be French or German. It might even be Persian in origin. I’ll leave it to you to try to figure out what tale it is. If you think you know, PM me. Don’t spoil it for others.

Although there are characters from other stories who make brief appearances, this is a stand-alone story.

Well, it seems like forever doesn't it? it's only been a month. I was going to write a bit more into this one, but I decided to save it for the next chapter. In this one we have date night, with guest stars! That and a small art lesson. Look those guys I mention up if you're of a mind, they aren't bad.

“So how come you didn't wake sleepy up?” Mark loudly enquired of Josh.

“I had ta get Carol to move him like.”

“What for?” Geth asked.

“He snores like, I couldn't sleep, it was either him or me, so I'm sharing with Mr Bond and Drew's in his dad's room.”

“Here's sleeping beauty now.” Daz announced as I rushed into the dining room.

“Starting next week you have to spend two weeks with your father,” Mom stated as a fact.

“What, why?”

“It is part of the divorce settlement,” Another cold fact.

“Is Sis coming?”

“No,” I see her minor shake of the head with a frown. Her way of saying, I’m sorry when delivering bad news.

“Why not? Why do I have to go and not her?” I once again get screwed.

“I have a job. I can’t get off."

Sis looked happy stating that fact. “I don’t want to go,” I was afraid of him.

Jessica's Story - Part 10/Michelle's Story - Part 4

The Smiths prepare to meet the Brooks from Newcastle for the first time, and it turns out to be an eventful meeting. Michael is still showing the fears that have been planted on him by Billy, and his sister Emma is keen to know what is troubling him. Sandra and Jessica offer to help her, resulting in two big truths coming out.

This is the first Cross-over episode for the two stories.

I was dressed down in sweats and a hoodie with logo and school colors, courtesy of the campus shop. I looked like any other student ...maybe a little too student like with all the branded apparel. Still, no one seemed to notice.

It had been three weeks since the day I wore my first outfit. I’ve started making some minor modifications to my daily routine. I took baths, long hot bubble baths, instead of showers. I’ve been shaving my legs, armpits and private area. I started wearing panties. I slept in a night gown. Part of me thought I was making too many changes to fast. The joy I felt each day only encouraged me to go further.

“Mom. Did you use my lip stick?” Sis asked.

Jessica's Story - Part 9

The final months of the year are upon the Smiths, with Bonfire Night, and a Carol Concert at the school. There is also another visit to the gender clinic, plus a parents evening for Anne to attend. But aside from presents, Jessica and her siblings are looking forward to the Christmas visit of the aunt and uncle that they've never met.

CHAPTER 40
Sarah had mentioned the others like her that she had come across, and I had been doing my own digging for any info, good or bad, on one of them. She was from somewhere over our neck of the woods, which meant there was a risk of ‘history’ with some of the other wedding guests, and I rather preferred relaxing outside a few beers rather than dealing with their effects on idiots.

This gave me a wicked, wicked idea. I mentioned it to Eoin and he was all for it. But getting it by Dez was a trickier manouver.
