Randi Lewis at age 18 is starting work on her Master of Science in Chemistry, and Charli Brewer is a freshman in pre-med at UConn. Bobbie Anderson is setting the golf world on fire having now won tournaments on the PGA in addition to her many victories on the LPGA. This story takes place several years before Bobbie and the Glass Ceiling. When Alex was 12 years old his mother passed away. His father quickly married another woman. Stella, who was always referred to as Madame, was his new stepmother. She had two children from a previous marriage, Margaret and Stacy. Only a year after his father got remarried, he too passed away in a tragic accident leaving Alex behind with his stepmother. Stella promised to take care of Alex and treat him like her one of own daughters when her husband passed away. Very quickly Alex learned that he was not welcome in his own home.

Chapter Summary: Mom learns more about how Milly got her name, and some about Mikey's time as Milly. Then, a nightmare triggers the Wish Particle to make more changes.

Sam's long hair and his refusal to cut it keeps causing him problems. His smart mouth doesn't help. Defending himself, he sent another boy to the hospital. The school punishes him with suspension but what are his parents going to do?...

Chapter Summary: There are consequences to the wish that impact more than just Milly. Some people are more accepting than others.

“First you will need to see a mental health professional to get diagnosed with gender dysphoria. They will recommend you to a specialist. Who will prescribe the hormones.

“Come on Tabs. I've known you too long even when you where a boy. I know you didn't see any Dr. At first.”

Mantra (Malibu Comics) is working with the super-scientist Pinnacle on ideas to help regain her mystic powers. But to seek out a cure, they need to know exactly how she lost them in the first place. So, Mantra needs to consult with an eyewitness. The witness is a teenage phenomenon who, since that night, has been calling herself the new Mantra.

What Wish?

It felt like Christmas or one of the best birthdays I ever had. I walked into the thrift store over in the next town to look around for some new used clothes: well, new to me. I frequent the store and old Mrs. Flagstone knows my name. She looked up from the large box she was going through as I walked through the door.

“Good morning Corey.”

“Good morning Mrs. Flagstone. What do you have there? Did a new consignment arrive?”

“Well yes. It’s from one of my neighbors. Mr. Flagstone just brought it in. Terrible thing.”

Jane took a deep breath as she entered through the front door of the manor house. A sudden blast of warm air greeted her and for a brief moment her breath was taken away at the sight that greeted her. It was something out of a storybook. The living room had over the course of the school day been transformed into a homily little scene of domestic bliss. An evergreen tree thrice as tall and wide as her was sitting in the far corner of the living room.
