Monday morning Larry arrived at Bill's home at 7:oo am to begin his lessons on farming. Bill greeted him with a firm handshake.

"Yu're a brave man, Larry," Bill chuckled. "Wantin' to be a farmer ain't an easy job and the hours be long. I'm right proud to be teachin' ya. First, Ah'll take ya on a tour of the dairy barns. If ya got any questions ya just ask."

"Thanks Mr. Dougherty," Larry smiled. "I've got a notebook and camera to take notes and pictures to help me remember things."

It takes us awhile before we’re ready to go. Taylor and I went back to staying in the dark and I just very slowly and very tenderly kissed him while we waited for his migraine to fade away.

My heart is so full right now because he’s willing to do everything they need him to do despite everything he feels about the treatments and the tests and this place.

The blond dressed in deep burgundy spreading skirt and manteau. Her hair finely dressed and upswept to a tiara. Her earrings sparkling in the candle light, and a similar twinkle of reflected light from her tightly corseted bosom. Her companion wearing blue, a dazzling display of blue spreading skirt over a hooped undershirt with petticoats peeking out from just above the carpeted floor. Her blouse of the softest yellow chine de silk, buttoned tightly to her narrow swan like neck.

The end of one tale, the beginning of another!

Barton hugged his granddaughter. "I'll buy lunch today. I'd like to get to know you a little better, Rachel"

Smiling, Rachel looked to her mother. Is this what you meant by us going out to eat?"

Gina looked at Maria for a moment. It wasn't what she meant, but this was better. She was actually trying to get Rachel to dress up a little nicer to impress her grandfather.

Rachel went upstairs to take care of some of her lessons.

They agreed and I went back to playing with my photos, trying to see exactly how much detail can be found in them.

It was 7:45 when they arrived in St. Michaels. Krista was dropped off at the school to catch the dance. Rachel had promised to pick her and Tony up when it was over and take her home. Leroy drove the ten miles to Wells Point in fifteen minutes.

As they arrived, the SUV was swarmed by Jane, LJ, Peter, Lyndi, Teri, and the Spades. The Reeses were overwhelmed by the open acceptance and love. Holly recognized Sarah as her teacher and gave her and Frank an extra hug for helping them out.

Tanya sang, “Sittin’ on the dock of the bay, Watchin’ the tide roll away, Sittin’ on the dock of the bay, Wastin’ time.” At the moment she sang that last line she happened to look toward the door as her brother walked in the club.

She started whistling the coda melody and as she ended the song she said, “Thanks. I’m gonna take a little break, but I’ll be back in just a few.” Climbing down off the raised stage, she said, “Bobby, what’re you doing here?”

Looking down on parlour rooms where people talk, but all you hear is a distant murmur. People gathering around someone, a blond classical beauty. The dress perfect ~ bronze and coppery striped over-skirt tied at the waist with a blue and white satin ribbon belt. A bow of lace at the back hanging down. Head adorned by a black slouch bonnet, with a large white and black ribbon arrangement, her hair shining in long curls hanging down to her shoulders.

The morning after the abduction attempt finds the palace and its staff still suffering from the effects of a disturbed night. Queen Terys tries to make sure that Garia has a quiet day but is only partially successful when Master Gerdas makes an appearance, and the questions about Morlan continue to mount.

All the people that I meet don’t wear a frown

The trip to Paris was almost as much a non-event as the flight across the Atlantic. I was a bit more prepared for the sounds of a landing this time and hoped I looked very much more the seasoned traveler.

That night Krista rolled about in her bed, unable to get the horrid image of Jasmine out of her mind. While she had been strong while she had to be, now the tears flowed. After crying herself out, Krista slipped out of bed and quietly dressed. Taking a flashlight and jacket, she silently slipped out of the house and began walking down Wells Point Lane with long strides and great determination.
