I leave the hospital a bit reluctantly at first heading out into the morning sunshine and not bursting into flames was…its bad fiction really, it is the re-souled vampire or Vampyre I guess according to THE GODDESS seeing the sun for the first time in so long.

I really don’t want to burst people’s bubbles but tons of vamps have seen the sunshine, most of us have and do all the time it’s just that we can’t have the sunshine actually touch us.

Part 9

A shout from the stern rail brought my attention around. There balanced on the rail, arms outstretched was Blythe. The faint light of the quarterdeck shown on him fully revealing his red shirt and a knife in his hands. He shouted again “Mistress I did it for you !” and looked to the skies. Seeking forgiveness?

I had arrived home late on Christmas Eve. I stripped off my clothes. They smelled of stale beer, cigarettes and sex. My little black dress would need dry cleaning. I showered, put on clean panties and tee shirt. I slept the sleep of the dead. It was 11AM Christmas morning when I awoke.

CHAPTER 10

It had been 3 days since we had left Prowhiness. Neither Jonnie nor the aliens had made contact with us. I was now officially worried sick. When Karen came into the galley for breakfast, I confronted her.

“We have got to go back to Prowhiness. I feel that Jonnie’s in trouble.”

James came into the room carrying two cups of coffee. He was now wearing a robe. Behind him was a woman dressed in a maid’s uniform. James said, “Darling this is Barbara, She is your maid and she will be doing everything for you.”

Barbara said, “I am pleased to be of service to you ma’am.”

Georgann continues to play duel roles at home and work. Susan announces her holiday plans. Art is suspended.

It is Monday Dec. 21, 1969. I arrived at work early; Marty seems differet some how.

"Awfually quiet today" I said.

"How was your weekend?" Marty asked.

"Great and your's?" I replied.

"Did you hook up with Susan?" Marty asked.

"Yes" was my one word reply.

Susan came strolling into the room. She walked right up to me, never even looked at Marty. "Hi George" she said with a sly smile.

"Weekend was that good" Marty said.

We began the walk up the aisle. Beverly, the flower girls and ring bearer followed us. I was feeling good about myself and began to smile as I saw all the people who were there to see me. I had accepted my fate and was determined to be a good wife and serve my husband. As we proceeded up the aisle I could hear comments from the people. They were saying thing like “He makes a pretty bride.” All of the people knew I was a male in transition to become a female. It was beginning to happen quite often in our society.

New Beginnings Part 1

Chapter 11

I spent the entire night asleep. Mom’s lap was just what I needed. Fighting and killing all those people was way too much for my little mind and body to get around. Imagine my surprise when I woke up in my own bed. Looking at my clock, I found I had been out for sixteen hours. Someone had taken me home and I never stirred.

“Good morning, Elizabeth Braddock!” It was Kyoko.

“Nick!” Izzy yelled sharply as a rock half the size of the car hit the pavement behind us.
More rocks of varying sizes crashed around us as I fought to escape the cascade. Screeching tires wailed in my ears as the smell of burning rubber filled my nostrils. Finally we burst clear then the car shuddered as if a giant had hit it. Metal screamed as granite smashed into Isobel’s side of the Mustang, pushing us towards the far side of the road and the steep, tree strewn cliff below. I had just enough time to grab Izzy’s hand before we plunged over the side, and into the abyss below.

Cale’s waiting paid off an hour after dusk. The lights on the third floor flicker out in the adjacent inn. Soon the two girls would be fast asleep; a few drops of crushed night weed and the two would never awaken. A painless death, it was the least he could do.

Chapter 8

Tracy and I were in her family room with her parents. We were watching an old Esther Williams movie on Turner Classic Movies. Tracy and I were in the love seat, doing our best to occupy the same space, and her mom and dad were on the couch to our right. We were one big happy family.

This one is a little explicit. It does have a sex scene.

Chapter 7

The police caught up with me at the hospital. I was going to have to answer their questions whether I wanted to or not. I was sitting with Tracy as her head was being stitched up. She was going to need a couple after what that creep Jess did to her. Just thinking about his grimy hands touching my baby made me angry all over again.

Chapter 6

I was back in school for the first time since the death of my parents. Most people were very nice or just left me alone, which was fine by me. I didn’t read anyone’s thoughts, simply because I didn’t really care what anyone was thinking. Being used to people’s terrible thoughts, reading them wasn’t a top priority for me. Getting through the day without going insane was. My parents were dead, my life was uprooted, and I had to learn to live life as a girl. I wasn’t embarrassed about my situation, what happened was outside of my control, and I was happy with what I had become.

“Unsheath the sword, would you lad? Can’t be too careful you see, and you have held the sword already.” Rall did as he was asked, laying the naked blade back down on the bench. Were his eyes deceiving him, or was it a bit more polished now?

Day One

“I'm sorry miss, but we don’t seem to have your luggage” the baggage handler said, frowning over his lists. “But if you two young lady's will wait over there, ”he kindly gestured to some benches, “I will double check."

His kindly manner was all that kept me from complaining about him referring to me as a ‘miss’,well that and I was getting tired of correcting people. I'm going to have to cut my hair I mussed.

Raw naked fear and heart thumping adrenaline.

I guess kind of is a good grasp of just the feeling that seeing the three hundred or so yards of ancient or twisted forest just exploding into chunks, splinters, sawdust and fire. I stare at it like seeing a terrorist bomb going off.
