Unpublished Book 3 of "Gun Princess Royale" that immediately picks up where Book 2 "The Measure of a Princess" left off, and continues the story of Ronin Kassius, now known as Mirai and his/her return to Ar Telica city. This book is part of the original 2017 release of the series that has now been cancelled in favour of a new reimagined story rebooted as "The Gun Princess Royale". It is also the second attempt to write the third book in the original series.

CHAPTER 7
That marked a new period in our lives, as that uncertainty I had picked up on steadily became more evident. Caro, it turned out, was a classic case of imposter syndrome, amazingly well concealed. While she was absolutely realistic about the allure of her rear view, she was far less confident about her worth as a person. She was never completely open about her history, but I worked out that she had stumbled out of a number of relationships, and assumed that each break-up had been down to her failings. She covered it up amazingly well, but in the end, she was always running to a timetable in her affairs of the heart: get what she could before the other person got fed up with her.

I spent an uncomfortable night after Lucia’s revelations. The visions of me looking like one of the girls from the Benny Hill show running around a house using a pink hoover while Scamp looked on looking bored would not go away. It both attracted me and appalled me at the same time.

Blake weight trains under John's guidance. Lisa has her last class with Bonnie, meets the future in-laws, and spends her first day working at the wedding shop.

Ariel awoke to frost on the window – a bit odd for September, but not an unusual occurrence this early in the morning. The tickets were on the way, according to Tori, and she wasn’t sure how she was going to approach the topic of bringing Rylee back with her. She had little doubt that Rylee would agree; her real concern was with this Tori person. She had to let Rylee leave, she had to.

Diva Dismayed: Chapter 4 – All girls together
Rachel’s apartment was small. In addition to the bedroom, it had only a single living space which served as sitting room, kitchen and diner. I was thankful to be able to flop down into one of the two easy chairs while she busied herself making us both a much needed coffee. I was almost shaking with the stress of all that had happened.

“You need to sit still and try to unwind” was her assessment. Empathetic as ever, she sensed how mentally exhausted I must be after everything I’d been through that day.

The trio moved through the deserted streets of Marabel with caution. Geralt's senses were heightened, his every step deliberate and calculated.
