Melissa woke up to sun shining into the bedroom window. She rolled over feeling feminine and a little sexy but very naughty in the satin nightie of Megan's. The wonderfully soft bed of Megan's bed was a bonus. She rolled over thinking of last night as she caught sight of her red nails. They still looked great but she could not get them off even with her remover.

I’d moved to the Bay Area to participate in the Stanford Gender program. I am, thank you very much, going to be fully, functionally, finally, forever, female in about three months time. Well as female as I can be. I’ll never have my own babies, and that hurts, but NOT as much as living and pretending to be a man…

“Yes, Baby Girl,” Daddy replied. “You sure as hell did. If you hadn’t a’ killed him, neither you nor I would be here today.”

"Am I supposed to act all flustered and nervous and all that?"

"No," Jack replied. "No offense, but I don't think you're that good an actor. But not to worry, we've already given them the story... And they've been told that you're kind of a ditz."

Submitted for your approval, an invitation delivered to the members of the Board of Directors of Intellex, an international corporation dealing in civilian and military computer hardware and software. The Board members think that they're in for an evening of corporate politics before one of them receives the final prize.

But what each man will receive is very, very different. For these are not so much invitations to a party as they are a summons to justice, a special justice to be found only in... the Twilight Zone.

A warning. There is a scene in part 3 that involves child molestation. As the father of the victim of such an act in my real life, I -- well, let's just say that it happened over 10 years ago, and I still want to perform a radical orchidectomy on the kid who did it.

I felt that it was appropriate to the story and justified for the character. I won't say any more. Those of you who are offended hate me already for writing it, and I don't want to spoil the story for the rest by giving any more details.

If the concept offends you, please either don't read the story or give me the benefit of the doubt until you get to the scene where it happens.

Alex... or as she secretly called herself, Lexi, learned to keep her miss-conception hidden.

Synopsis: As Anya takes over more duties at the Beach, she realizes that not all of the patrons are adapting well to the change. She decides that something needs to be done. This story is a rewrite of "Customer Service", which has been published on another website, bringing resolution to one character. Grandmother's lesson needed some adjustment. This story, and its conflict, set up Grandmother to be more like Ellie has written, and less like the vindictive female version of the SRU wizard that she may have appeared in early stories.

Note: In the chronology of Bikini Beach, this story takes place between ‘Anya and Me’ and ‘In the Beginning’. If you have read both 'Anya and Me' and 'In the Beginning', you'll understand why and how it fits. If you haven't read the two stories, I suggest that you read them in proper order - 'Anya and Me', this one, and then 'In the Beginning'.

This tale is part of the continuing tale of the Nerds and their adventures with Bikini Beach. Earlier installments define the characters, which are very loosely based on Revenge of the Nerds. This is a necessary prequel for the the next in the series, Vicky's Tale.
