David stared at the sneakers in the box, the deep purple color gleaming under the light. “Great,” he muttered, lifting one up for a closer look. “These will match my scales.”
“Your what?” both his mom and Kelly said in unison, their voices sharp with confusion.
David froze, his mind racing. Crap, why did I say that out loud?
“My dragon… oh, umm… these are really pretty.” He trailed off, trying to backtrack, but his mom wasn’t having it. Her expression hardened, and she crossed her arms.
The High Priest, infuriated by Akari’s growing influence and the success of her divine artifact, realized that subtlety was no longer an option. His previous attempts to undermine her had failed, and worse, they had only solidified her resolve and earned her more support from the academy. It was time to escalate his efforts and strike directly.

Faced with the need to pick a thesis topic, amid the turbulent sixties, Gerald looks to solve the mysteries of the female gender by disguising himself as one of them. In a world faced with the assassination of Martin Luther King and the Southeast Asia Conflict, can a man successfully pretend to be a college co-ed and discover the secrets of how women think? Gerald has read all the pertinent sociology textbooks and has a list of questions he will seek to answer, but is he asking the right questions? And, once he understands women, what decisions will he make about himself?
The Oaf stood partly blocking the way into the villa. As I pushed past him he pressed his body into mine, casually squeezing my bum. He lowered his head towards me and I smelt the beer on his breath.
"I know your secret girly-boy", he whispered into my ear as his fetid breath washed over my face. I walked a metre away, turned around, looked at him and assumed an angry posture.
No one had ever called me "babe" before (of course), and I wasn't sure that I liked it. In fact, the whole phone call left me feeling uncomfortable, as much as I liked talking with Jerry.
While Darlene slept Jenny sat quietly on the couch for another hour with her eyes closed, then reminded herself of Darlene’s description of Michi. Then she spoke. “Are you there Marlene?” Silence for a time, then a pale version of Darlene in an Orphan Annie dress stood next to the table.

Have you ever seen the look in the eyes of a deer, just before you slam into it with your car? It’s a look of complete confusion and shock, as if to say ‘Oh my god, what is that coming at me?’ That was the look I got when I went to Sarah’s house to see her mom.
Ok, I know I’m a little backwards and I should have started from the beginning not where the dream kicks in, sorry about that. I started out this tale in Northern Salt Lake City Utah at the North Star Elementary but had to move due to two problems.
"Cor, something smells nice," said Simon, handing Tom a couple of bottles of wine. He then walked up to me and embracing me said, "Yes something smells very nice." Finally, he kissed me.

The suitcase oddly yielded clothes for a small boy and a dress the same size. They were musty but still good. Kirk tossed the washed clothes and curtains into the dryer, then sat repairing stuffed animals for the rest of the afternoon.

This is a fictional tale about a guy, who just wanted to recreate for him self a part of a fantasy story he read. But as we all know things don’t always go as we plan, and this was no exception. I hope you enjoy the story as much as I enjoyed writing it
"I know that everything I do is oh-so-funny, but I'm really scared. Should I tell my parents? Or hope that they won't find out? And are you going to narc me out just so you don't get in trouble?"
Michi considered the apparition above them. Regarding it for a time she realized there were two shadows present in the girl’s image where there should be one. Commanding them to separate she saw that one of the two was male! She waited to see what might come of her dictate but the two moved back together without incident. She had heard of such things although they were rare.

‘Look, Mark, don’t stop thinking about your mum and dad, they are right there in your head all the time. You need to have time to get over them not being with you anymore, but don’t ever forget the nice times. The pain will go, honey, I promise.’
I took off my cardigan and carefully arranged it on the back of the chair, I was so glad to feel some cooler air on my skin although my low cut, strappy dress didn't leave a lot to the imagination and I felt somewhat exposed. I turned back to continue talking to my parents and then I noticed that my father's gaze seemed to have shifted. He no longer had eye contact with either my mum or me. With a shock I suddenly realised what had caught his attention.
She wasn't sure what she should do until she heard his remark, "Good night, sister. We don't leave witnesses." Immediately Lizzie Jane knew that the gunman intended to kill the waitress.
Kirk blended with Ana Maria more from curiosity than the fear and confusion resulting from his time with Clara. In many ways Ana was like Emma, a young female in a family setting. Of the two Ana was the more childlike and rather lazy, never having had to do any real work. On the other hand she had a sense of fulfillment and determination as a mother that Emma never knew.
"Howzat?", I shouted in cricket lingo, grabbing the cricket ball from my groin and holding it aloft. I heard other team mates repeating the refrain. I beamed at them all. Something about their expression surprised me. Reality dawned. I took the only action possible, grabbed my groin and began to writhe on the floor, moaning in apparent pain. It was an Oscar winning performance.......
Angelique is coming into her own, which involves lascivious dwarves, an amorous angel, and a hellhound or two. Things get complicated but it's not her fault, she's sexy, hot as hell, and inclined to violence as the solution to certain problems. Maybe it comes from being half-succubus and half-hellmaid?
