“Don’t worry, Riley! It will be okay.” Alice almost pleaded with me.

“Famous last words. You forgot to mention that the girl who is playing the Beauty is actually a Beast.” I told Alice.

“Oh come on! I promise it will be okay. Let’s get to our afternoon classes. We can all meet again after school and talk strategy” Alice said seeming a bit stressed out.

Shay braces herself as her father drives right into the flagpole at her high school. She looks over towards him, as several security officers at her high school come running out and over to the truck.

This is what she looked like when I first met Nat. She was striking poses just like this one. Working the costume just beautifully. The plastic sheen on the shaved legs was a great touch. The hair and the breasts were not real then. They are now.

The twelfth chapter of “For a Girl” started off with a bang. Really. O2bxx wasn’t fucking around here.

Immediately in the first paragraph, Stephanie gets grabbed, punched, and then forced into a room where her hands get tied to a pipe. It all happens just as quickly for Stephanie in universe as it does for the reader out of universe.

And then, of course, in the midst of her torment, Stephanie raises her head to see her captor, Andy Marks.

Carmen woke up as sun rays entered from the window. She got up and stretched her arms, happy to be home and with her mom. Leaving the bed in her nightshirt and leggings, Carmen left the bed and walked to her closet by habit.

Carmen was surprised to open the closet to see that all her old clothes were there. Quickly though, her surprise turned to a smile, knowing that her mom had kept her old clothes in place, hoping she would return one day.

When the train stopped at Staines, I knew that professionally, I was about to get very much out of my depth but there was more, far more.

It took me a long time to decide to post this. The following is the last collaboration I had with Maggie Fenson. Though, 'Collaboration' is something of a stretch. We talked about it, I wrote some, got stuck and put it aside. I kept meaning to come back to it, like I kept meaning to call or email Maggie. The things you 'mean' to do turn into regrets when you let time get away from you. I miss you Maggie, and I hope wherever you are, this puts a smile on your face.
