Chapter 7.

For the rest of week the news that she might have had another uncle kept Ellie distracted with ‘what-ifs and maybe’s’. She was so distracted; she struggled to hold it together at work. Several times she made simple mistakes with her analysis and figures. By Thursday Beverly had had to correct the errors and because they were so simple she realised that Ellie was seriously upset or distracted by something; she felt forced to speak to her ‘girl Friday’.

“Are you okay Ellie? You seem to have been addlebrained all week?”

I have a friend who ….. oh no – here we go again – a pretence that this is not an autobiography.

With Jenken’s success as a day trader many money management corporations as well as many domestic and foreign government agencies began investigating how a three year old could be doing what she was doing. Just the fact she’d achieved a consistent 50% profit each week baffled all the experts. The SEC launched an investigation of Jenken’s astounding day trading success. In addition the DHS, FBI and CIA began investigating and developing dossiers on the precocious youngster. Dozens of foreign government agencies and businesses also began investigations. Everywhere the corporations and government agencies looked they found total transparency. Jenken made no attempt to hide her activities or finances. The money management giants and government agencies were easily able to follow the massive electronic trail of her successful trades but could not find even the barest hint of insider trading. It seemed she was able to somehow deduce and act on trends quite precisely before they occurred. No business, much less any individual, had ever matched her phenomenal winning streak much less across such a wide spectrum of stocks and markets. Other brokers and dealers who tried to jump onboard her trades could not begin to keep up with the speed or volume of her transactions. No one was able to figure out why she was so successful much less how she was able to conduct thousands of worldwide purchases and sales in a massively diverse and constantly changing portfolio, hour after hour, for twenty four hours every business day in the top twenty worldwide exchanges. At times the volume and variety of her trades threatened to overwhelm the computerization of the exchanges. Companies with offices full of people couldn’t come near Jenken’s round the clock multiple trade volume.

Jenken felt the heat and didn’t like it. Thanks to her multitudinous tags she quickly learned which agencies, companies, and individuals who had targeted her.

A Soldiers Christmas Poem

“I’ll have the code changes worked out in a couple of days. I’ll be ready to test by the end of the week,” I said feeling a bit of pressure from the people in the office.

The Video call wound down and I breathed a sigh of relief as I hung up. As I was doing so, I heard a voice start to call out my name. I ignored it. The call had gone on far longer than anyone had anticipated and I really didn’t want to speak to anyone for a while.

I like wearing a dress.

It’s not unusual to wear a dress unless you usually wear trousers. But here I was, in a dress for the first time in ages. And, as far as I could, I felt wonderful, almost girly as the soft satin swished around my calves. The swirl of the fabric delighted me. I enjoyed the .... well, all of it.

Note : This story touches on the wish that there was a group like the SisterDom or as I'm changing it to 'SisterDy'. There is also a considerable element of autobiography. Alys P

I wasn’t satisfied with the story I posted yesterday so I’ve rewritten it as something very different. Maybe the beginning of a series, who knows?

Some of the first bit is the same so don’t let that fool you… and enough is changed to make it worth reading the whole thing.

Chapter 6

Beverly woke to the sound of soft knocking on her bedroom door.

“Who is it?” She called in a somewhat croaky voice.

“Ellie.”

“Ooh, come in girl,” she called through the door.

Ellie entered and smiled knowingly.

“Morning you dirty stop-out. What time did you get back?”

Beverly smirked then stepped towards the bathroom and poured herself a glass of water before returning to answer Ellie’s question.

“’Bout half two-ish I think maybe three. I wasn’t checking my watch.”

“I didn’t hear the car.”

Astrid, “Mum remember we have the battle later today.”

“Yes dear I have remembered. Gaby and the others are getting ready for their race later so do not go and pester them. Helen I presume you are still monitoring Gaby?”

“I have no real need she is quite well adjusted. Initially she had a few problems, but those have abated now. Her problems where genetic as they are for all males in this family.”

Chapter 17

We were delayed leaving Aunt Julia’s as I wouldn’t leave the house without first removing the nail varnish from my fingernails. Julia found some remover and cotton pads and left me to remove the varnish as she got Emily ready and locked up.

As I removed the varnish from each finger I wondered how Nan was doing. I prayed she would be ok. I loved my Nan. She had always been around for mum and me since I was a baby. I started to well up as I thought of all the good times I had spent with Nan and Granddad.

“That’s Steve. We met in a self-defence class. The way it happened was kinda funny. We got assigned as partners for some wrestling style moves, and I ended up on top of him. Then I noticed he was getting an erection! So I jumped off, he apologized profusely, and I told him not to worry about it, stuff happens. “

“So after the class was over, he came to me, and thanked me for not making a big deal of what had happened, and he asked if I wanted to go for coffee!”

The night of the wedding Jen and Ken were happily exhausted and easily fell asleep. Since Jenken didn’t need to sleep, he began to explore his newly realized connection to the place of power. First he projected himself into Moselem Cave At a point 13' above the edge pond beneath the highest point of the cavern was the epicenter of power, a maelstrom swirling vortex. With little hesitation he plunged sveral mental tendrils into the vortex. Now intimately linked with the innate essence of the earth, his mental tendrils flowed unimpeded wherever his thoughts pointed. The tendrils worked together, splitting and uniting as they spread. The energy Jenken received from the vortex boosted his ability to utilize millions of tendrils. The earth itself revealed itself to his curious probing. Geologic knowledge was open to him.

In order to practice his enhanced his telekinetic power Jenken began seeing what he could lift and move. Each morning he tagged into the vortex as he headed into the forest so he could play around moving fallen trees and broken limbs. He excavated around two partly buried rocks until he was able to psychically lift them out. Then he stretched his abilities to perform similar feats of telekinesis at points increasing distant until he was able to do so at will anywhere in the solar system.
