So... I didn't suffer writers block or anything. I'm actually working on more than a few projects at once; two stories no one has seen, and one project I can't really talk about. So this one took longer than I wanted.

In this chapter we find out about more tricks Mouse likes.

Chapter 7

"How did I get myself into this mess?," Lydia thought as she struggled to get loose from the chains that bound her to a pillar.

Meanwhile, she was being circled by a hulking figure claiming to be a king named Aron. He laughed and told the young girl she would someday be his bride.

"Tall and creepy is not my type," Lydia replied, not showing the her enemy her fear.

He slapped her. It hurt.

It hit home the words her mother told her. There would be times when Lydia would find an opponent who would be her equal in strength.

Christmas is on it's way, but Kathleen has to bring up an issue to the pastor that might make her and her child no longer welcome at church. There is much at risk including Kathleen's place in the community and her child's happiness. Would hoping for a Christmas miracle be too much or will the church convince Kathleen to deviate from what she thinks is the best path for her child.

Sabrina and Nicole are the first two as they are the oldest to date but you will find out in Flash Backs 4 that's not the truth.

Linda was in bed, shaking me awake. Correction, Linda was on the bed, not in it.

“Come on Alice, it’s time for the Mad Hatter’s tea party.”

“Huh? I’m sleeping.”

“Nope, time to get up. You will soon have 12 young ladies along with 20 or so, of Annie’s closest friends. Time to get up and shower. Besides, I don’t want you to be up all night, again.”

“Lin, what day is it?”

It was not often that I went back home, I had done the usual thing from school, gone university not thinking what I was leaving, then the job with prospects and soon after a husband and a couple of kids and I was comfortable in my middle class suburban life with the occasional trip home to see my mum.

“It’s experimental, so the Medical Bureau won’t pay for it; I’d have to save up for it, probably put it off till I finish college and I’ve been working full-time for years. And there’s no guarantee it’d work; I might have a womb and ovaries but still not be able to have babies...”
