Well I wasn’t sure what Julie was driving at and neither was Mum or Sally. I didn’t really understand what she was looking for on her computer until she looked up and said.

‘This is what I found last week. The database at the university says Darren Harper was a lecturer and he is the father of 3 children — two boys and a girl.’

‘Yes?’

‘Well I thought that you said that Jessica is the illegitimate daughter of Kates’ sister and that she was adopted.’

‘Yes that’s what she said.’

And, of course, we were all there that evening, in the long bar, and it was even better than the year before.

Empty Cups

She put on her bra, and sighed . It didn’t fit, couldn’t fit, because she had nothing to fill it with. She could still remember the first time she had wore one as a young boy. She had snuck into her mother’s room and put it on. She realized she had the same problem now as she had then, nothing to fill the empty cups. The only outfit of her mother’s that had looked “right” was her bathing suit, as it had a padded top.

I lay with my man that night, hearing the wind throw a light patter of rain at the tent, murmurs of sound coming from all directions, including what was clearly someone making love. Sounds of life.

She smiled brightly, her beautiful white teeth flashing as they peeked of out of the curtains of her dancing red lips.

“You would be regressed to the age of a newborn and then live the life of a girl from birth until about age 18, at which point you would have fulfilled the requirements of the will. To make up for your advanced age, each day of your life would be equivalent to seven days, so each day you will get one week older.

“As a newborn?” I gasped. “Are you nuts?”

I'm a small kid. I couldn't help it, it was how I was born! On top of that, I was 11 and hadn't hit puberty yet. I hated to admit it, but I really looked like a girl. In fact, you could probably call me a girl. I only had long blond hair about 2 inches down my shoulders, I only had one friend, who was a girl, and I had only girl family. My father died in a car crash while my mom was pregnant with me. In his honor, I was named after him. Salem. But that's beside the point. I need to get to the story.

A Sweets Life-Chapter 8

I know, I know, all that wait, and it’s a short, sad chapter. Sorry! I have my reasons! This gets a bit nasty, so I bumped up the rating to mature. Do kids really read these?

Candy was starting to realize there were too many windows in her room. The old fashioned regular glass windows really did almost nothing to stop the cold. Her room was so cold, her fingers hurt!

Chapter 59 After dinner chat

Sally looked a little sad when I’d recognized James mobile number on my missed calls.

I didn’t feel inclined to call him back straight away because dinner was ready. So to make Sally more comfortable I said I hadn’t heard from him for a few days and it could wait.

I wanted to do this so that she felt better. She was becoming part of our family and we were becoming very close.

The Inheritance Part 1

My name is Chris Smith, I am 23 years old and live in New York; I was open mouthed in surprise as I read the letter from “Abercrombie, James and Prendergast”. An aunt I scarcely remembered had passed away and I was sole heir of her will. I had just lost my job and was down to my last couple of hundred dollars. I had to travel to Los Angeles to visit the attorney’s offices. I had to be out my rented furnished apartment in a few days and I went down to the local Greyhound Bus office and booked a ticket for the day after tomorrow.
