Good morning, everyone. My name is Felicia Belphere Metrune. I am the only daughter of Baron Alphonse Lartes Metrune. I am 11 years old. I haven't always been Baron Metrune's daughter though.

Brave New World Volume Two Preview

As there are a few Brave New World fans over here on BigCloset, and I don't want to let them down by waiting until all of Volume Two is posted before I bring some of it here, I've decided that I'm going to post the opening chapters of the four Volume Two stories so far as a sort of preview. At this moment, these four chapters are the only ones available anywhere, here and on TG Storytime. I hope you enjoy them.

Anyone remember this one? Well, I did! Heard back from the authors whose characters are involved; I wasn't about to write so much as a vignette without having both on board. It took a little patience, but it happened. Don't expect any further such vignettes, as it isn't really my policy to use the characters of others. I won't rule it out, but I don't have it planned.

These three chapters are a little longer than ideal but the next chapter is about the same size as these three but it seems like a logical place to pause. Atalanta meets fellow Poe residents, her first meal in Crystal Hall where she exchanges greetings with a bully. Mrs. Carson flexes her authority and accuses her of being an artist. Her testing results are mixed and unpredictable. I hope you all enjoy these chapters.

Warning Disclaimer: This is the very first story I ever wrote and it was written about 5 years ago and completely reworked three times. The last version is to make this story naturally flow from the first book. I tried to be accurate in the WU but I've learned at lot about Whateley since then but as I was focused on telling the story it never entered my mind to review Whateley physics/facts and my editors weren't familiar with it either . Until it was brought to my attention. As such there maybe errors but I've worried this story to death as it is and I hope it is not too much of a distraction.

Here's yet another immigrant from TG Storytime, this one is still ongoing, though. It'll come here in blocks of three chapters every couple weeks (people who aren't an American Idiot like me would call this a "fortnight"). It's a slow change, almost painfully so. At the moment, the whole story is 30,000 words, but that may change depending on how much more I write. The length is still surprising me because I expected it to be 10,000 words at maximum.
