As it’s been a little while since I last posted any of this story, I’m going to give a “When we last saw our protagonist…”

From Chapter 2.5

“You’re not acting predictably,” Paula told me.

“I just lost my husband,” I exploded. “Would you care to explain what is predictable about that?”

She sat down, and her demeanor softened. “My bots aren’t able to predict how you’re going to react to things right now.”

Paula turned her attention from me to Carla. “Are you saying you can communicate directly to your bots?”

I was shocked as well. “How can you do that?” I asked. “I asked mine a question a couple of days ago, but I could only talk to them in a dream.”

Carla appeared uncomfortable. “I suppose it’s something that I learned while Amos was in control.”

I shrank away in fear. “Don’t touch me!” I screamed, terrified. “Get away from me!”

“What’s going on!?” Carla was very confused now.

“He’s still here! He killed John, and he’s still in you!” I tried to back away having no control over my actions.

Paula grabbed me as I flailed my arms at my little sister. “Perhaps you should leave and let her calm down,” I heard her say.

I was crying uncontrollably now, the pain of the last few days taking over.

Charlie and associates finally trace the RAAF pick-up ute but now it's matter of stopping it safely and recovering three-year-old Charlotte.

The USS FTL0476 flew out to 100 million miles beyond the orbit of Jupiter, making sure to remain well away from Jupiter and its moons and Lagrange points.

Charlie get's on the trail of the kidnappers with some unexpected assistance.

Charlie finally meets with the Australians and make them an offer.

Charlie gets organised in anticipation of the pursuit he knows is coming.

Chloe eventually helps Charlie to work out a possible solution to his conundrum of making his science available without weaponising it.

Charlie fires the first round in his plans to reverse the Feminista oppression.

He reveals to the scientific community (and thus the governments) that there is a ship powered by anti-gravity loitering somewhere around, or even on the Earth.

Charlie manages to complete the basic construction of his space craft and it ready for the inaugral flight.

Charlie is approaching the stage where he must make choices. The feminista are getting close to realising he is stalling for time while his wife Chloe works to secure Australian citizenship and enable Charlie's escape to antipodean climes.

Things finally come to a head in Charlie's life as he tires of the treatment he receives at the hands of the 'feminista' and being expected to exist at an almost slavish level of society.

Charlie gets sucked into a problem when a device captured from the eastern block sets some serious problems for the Feminista Technocrats. His assistance draws him very close to revealing his own knowledge and skills concerning anti-gravity.
