"Honey, what's wrong?" he asked as I felt the doorknob turn.

I panicked and yelled at the closed door, "YOU STAY THERE AND DON"T COME OUT! I'LL KILL YOU IF YOU OPEN THE DOOR!"

Just then, I felt the doorknob being turned again from the other side, "I MEAN IT!"

"OK, OK. I'll wait. Wrong day of the month?" he asked from the other side of the door.

I merely watched as the two spheres of earth floated slowly towards me. It was halfway between me and Dinah when Flo said, Ilyse, why aren't you avoiding it?

Umm, I don't know. Am I supposed to avoid it? It looked so slow.

Eh, naturally, when a foe throws something at me, I would avoid it. Even if it's just cabbage.

But she didn't throw it, she merely pushed it gently. By this time, the spheres were only 10 feet away.

FOR THE LOVE OF CHEESE! RUN!

Alis, the King and Queen’s personal healer examined Deirdre with a slight smile on her face while watching other disrobe. “You have changed a lot, Your Grace, since I last examined you.”

“True enough.” Deirdre agreed with a hint of resignation in her voice, but suddenly smiled. “But it has put me together with my soulmate, so I suppose I shouldn’t complain, should I?”

We left off with Toni who had just finished the transformation. Now it is Kelly’s turn to do his Transformation.

Deirdre watched Mina and Riddler move to commit what quiet mayhem they could manage while trying to ignore the muttering Anthalas was doing to enable the spell in support of Riddler’s mission to wet all the powder for the cannon on the walls of Leslie Castle to happen without the thief returning for refills on the water bag he carried.

Midway through his contract to guard Maude the Seamstrist, as she travels the Land Beyond creating beautiful clothes, Manny daily found himself wishing he had never crossed the bridge and accepted her offer. Admittedly, he had grown to like the talkative witch; however, strange things happened around her. Worse, those strange things seemed to happen too him. First trapping him in the body of Maude’s daughter, Lirial, then as a gorgeous, amazonian sized pixie. He could definitely use a quiet day off by himself. But will the most dastardly band of villains (on a skill testing exam, the only band of villains would also be acceptable) in the mountains have different ideas.

After coming clean about her love Athanas proposes to her but she has no chance to answer before they are disturbed by news of war. It seems Apollonia is out to take the country of Akkadia from her brother, not only that Seleukos is on the move also. Can Natasa protect Akkadia from a battle on two fronts?

As hinted in the previous chapter, this may not be suitable for everyone. However, if you've allowed yourself or are allowed to watch Seinfeld/Friends, you're likely able to stomache this. Oh well, here's an extract. Soon it became clear that I was rapidly being dragged down deep into the earth and if I don't do anything soon, I may never get out ever again. So I punched and kicked and clawed at the metallic rocks around me with little effect. I blasted a hole in front of me, which only made a small hole that was immediately filled in by more of the metallic rocks. In my desperation, I started to suffocate and getting increasingly anxious. I've never liked small spaces, ever since that one day in my childhood when I was trapped in a small closet that locked automatically as it closed.
