Dear Diary
Wow. Okay, so. Just wow.
Um, the editor of the newspaper just made life easier for me, and doesn't even know me. Grandma Thatcher's lawyer tried to out me by going to the newspaper, and thought there'd be nothing to stop it. He was arrested for something or other, I don't know the actual charges, but the editor that he gave the info to was the one that called the police..
So, yeah.
Oh, and in other news... Matthew's parents have decided that we're to go to their house for Christmas dinner, like they came over here for Thanksgiving.
His mom said she's gonna make roast duck.
Is it okay to eat ducks?
I mean... is that like eating horse or dog or cat or something?
Which animals are okay to eat?

I say ducks are mighty fine eatin' birds. Yum!
That newspaper editor should be given a medal. Hurray for the side of good! :)
Thanks for the entry. Please keep 'em comin'.

P.S. Edeyn, are you out of the hospital yet? I hope you're home and completely recovered.
Nope, still in the horse-pital
but very hungry.
I've not had anything to eat since dinner Wednesday night (spaghetti and meat sauce) around 7:30pm Central. I am still not allowed any food or drink (fluids coming through a tube) until after they shove a camera/scope up my [*-censored-*] around noon.

You can eat every animal you like, though some animals you can eat only once (its same as with mushrooms), sometimes you can still find horse salami or dog goulash on the counter... The reality is that somewhere dog still is and in most of Europe was until half of 20th century a slaughterhouse animal.
How are you?
Hi!
Have you managed to get out of the hospital yet? Not the most fun places to be! And I empathize, I've had one of those scopes inserted in the unmentionable.
Take Care!

just reread this entire story
just reread this entire story for the first time in a couple of years and have to say I enjoyed it immensely just as I did the last time.
Any chance there are anymore of Courtney's adventures in the pipeline?
